I have purchased shoes from Drip Creationz company before without any problems. I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving 2021. They were guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. After numerous emails sent, I sent on in January 2022 and it bounced back as an unknown address. That very day I got an email stating that due to high demand they have a new email and that they were out of shoes. I've sent 12 emails since then. No response. I received one pair of shoes February 27, 2022. And the other pair says preparing the ship. I have emailed again, just to get an answer, but still nothing. At this point I really think they have fallen into the ocean.Review from Cathy K

Ordered shoes *************************************** production although when I emailed it said they would take up to 5 weeks. Shipping info has not updated and I have emailed twice in the last week with no response. Company needs to either send my shoes or give a refund as there is no reason for it to take 14 weeks to get my shoes when I am in the **. Spent over $120 just to not receive them, ridiculous.Review from Khankam O

Its a scam. I ordered ordered a pair of butterfly AF1 for my daughter. Its been two months and havent got them. You cant call them or email them. They will not email you back. Theres hundreds of reviews online that its a scam. And Im out $150.Review from Daniel M

Everything about the quality, the colors and designs is just awesome. These are one of a kind accessories that you won't get your hands on that easily and part of their stock is constantly sold out. If you have not tried Dripcreationz yet then you are missing out.Review from Sherri M

I order a pair of shoes June 3rd, received an email saying my shipping label was created June 9th, the last update I have from the company is July 10th. I contacted the company and they informed me that they are "working so hard to get your item to get your item as soon as possible." I have moved since I placed the order as I am in the military and they will only forward mail for 60 days after moving, that was 63 days ago. I asked to change my address they said there is no guarantee that I will be able to and I should reach out to the courier to change my address. Anyone who has every shipped something and had to change their address midshipment knows it is not possible. I said I wanted a refund, they said no as my shoes "are custom made in the size [I] selected upon ordering". It's been 4 months. I have no shoes, out $200, and have the very real possibility that I will never receive the shoes or my money back. But hey, at least they offered me a free t-shirt that would probably never come either.Review from Shannon C.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them three months ago. First I was told 1-3 weeks, then 4-6 weeks, then got a stupid I'm sorry email stating to send them my info for a free t-shirt since it's taking so long. I've requested my money back and they say I can't get it because shoes are in production. I'm beyond livid.I purchased them a month before school started so she would have new shoes for school. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!Review from henry k

I believe this company is a scam ordered shoes four months ago 3 1/2 months ago no shoes no word no nothing places like this need to be held accountable by the federal government
