I search online for a good living trust company. Living Trust nationwide had good reviews at that time. I paid $1056 on my debit card 6/18/21. Talked with the manager, *********************. He seemed sincere. I watched a webinar 6/21/21 online, filled out info required on trust and sent in. They made many mistakes on the portfolio they sent me. I emailed and spoke with **************** several times for corrections. They set me up for a walk-through to finalize the trust portfolio without correcting the mistakes. He was to correct the mistakes and send the corrected paperwork and to call me the following day, 7/22/21 for the walk-thru. That didn't happen (website was down and voice mail full). I finally reached him in mid-August. With still no corrections, he was to call me back the following day. I am unable to reach them through email, phone, or website and apparently others have been scammed by this person **************** since mid-August. Made contact with ********************* on August 3 , 2021..........only responded back to me was on August 18 ............was informed by representative that someone will reach out to me shortly .......Lady texted me back ...... .that " the draft was printed out and being proofread now and will be shipped out within 48 hrs ready for your next phone call with your planner "Never received any further contact from the company .....Paid monies up front on my credit card Tried reaching them---- no response via text , phone call or e mail Company seems like a SCAM ...........do not fall for this company
