******* called to set up appointment for air duct cleaning early November. Appointment was November 13. The falsely advertised cleaning for $89 for 7 vents then turned in to a $400 charge to clean vents, including dryer vent and furnace cleaning. I agreed to these charges. Our laundry room is outside of the house. I showed them the laundry room so they could get to the dryer and it's vent. The dryer door was intact at this time. The next day, I went to the laundry room and found the dryer door broken. Nobody else had been in that room. I called the company to let them know this happened and sent them requested pictures. They sent out the same tech who broke it the next day to evaluate. He says he didn't remember breaking it (of course he didn't) but he would look into a fix and get back to me in a week. I never received a call back. I've since called this company 4 separate times and they tell me each time that somebody will call me back with an answer on how they will fix the broken door and I never receive a call back. They are not taking responsibility for something they clearly broke. It's been over two months and I cannot get a response from the company. This is poor customer service.
