            Order was placed December 24, 2021 Payment was sent and received through paypal to Respa Kahakina on December 28, 2021 On March 7, 2022 I was able to get in contact with Bulk Ammunition Shop and was informed that my order was not shipped due to needing to pay a reimburseable insurance fee to the handler of the shipment On March 7, 2022 I got in contact with ********************* of Kingslogisticsintl.com at **************** and was informed that the amount for insurance was $250.00 I payed the $250.00 insurance fee via paypal to ***************************** per ******* request, at this time ***** assured me that my package would be shipped.I spoke with ********************* on April 7, 2022 inquiring why my package had not yet been received and he informed me that I needed to pay another $200.00 insurance fee. When I informed ***** that I was not going to pay the additional fee as I had been lied to by him, he informed me that I had to. I informed him that I no longer wanted my order and that I wanted a refund. He stated that this could not be done.
