              Avia La Jolla - I had a terrible experience. This company started my lease 2 days before I arrived to move in February 2nd when I repeatedly told the I was going to be here on the 4th. When I arrived from out of state on the 4th of February I had to run around to get a additional cashiers check for the rent and deposit because the one I had was the wrong amount, the leasing agent in the office I talked to gave me the wrong amount. I got the keys and they didn't work. When the keys were fixed I got in the apartment and it was filthy dirty. Nothing was cleaned. the blinds were off all the windows and piled in the middle of the floor, paint was splattered on the floors, dust and foot prints throughout the place, all the appliances were dirty and a smoke alarm was chirping. so meanwhile my movers had to wait until the apartment was cleaned. The maintenance also does not clean and sweep hallways and stairs, the place is always got leaves and dirt on stairs and in halls and the residence have to do the sweeping. Overall the maintenance is not good. Also, I do not get any responses from my emails when I have a question. I would never suggest anyone to live here.
