In November of 2021 my car got awfully rear ended by a person who was at fault due to texting and driving while the freeway was at a complete stop. A police report with CHP was made, we then contacted the insurance provider, ********************* has been in charge of the claim from Anchor General. She has been unresponsive and has responded only 4 times through the case and states to call back another time which has been a cycle. She mention they would only able to cover 5k at most for the damages. Since then they haven't answered phone calls, its has been over 4 months and my car has been parked untouched and no progress within the case.It is not fair that Ive been paying monthly for a car they have not taken responsibility for over their customers fault. I need action to be done as soon as possible.Business response

I WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT ANCHOR GENERAL IS THE OTHER PARTYS INSURANCE WHO AS AT FAULT. I HAVE CALLED MADE A CLAIM TO GET MY CAR DAMAGES REPAIRED AND HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO CONTACT THEM AND NO RESPONSE. THIS ACCICDENT WAS ON 02/22/2022 AND HAVE HAD NO RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER. IM OUT OF RESOURCES PLEASE HELP ME .Business response

However, we have come to find out that you are now represented by a new attorney's office (***************************). We have reached out to your new attorney's office and informed them that your **** Acura TSX has been deemed a total loss. We have issued payment and will be forwarding the total loss documents to your attorney's office.
