      Off Road Warehouse posted a sale on open box items on Saturday 07/23/2022. This included a coupon code that was 75% clearance items. I purchased the clearance items online that same day. The transaction processed perfectly. I selected Will Call pickup as I live locally. I emailed on Monday 07/25/2022 to see when my order would be available to pickup. No reply from the business.I called today, Wednesday 07/27/2022, only to be told that item no longer exists and my order would need to be cancelled and refunded. I still have not been emailed back or issued a refund. A transaction was processed for an item that did not exist. I have no product or solution offered to me, or my money. If the item did not exist, why did my transaction go through? Why was it not canceled on Monday if they had no intention of fulfilling it?This item does still exist however, and I expect the business to provide me with what I purchased.

      Order date: 5/31/21 Products: One each of part numbers ********** and **********, Fox Shocks Factory Race Series 2.5 Reservoir Shock Adjustable Amount: $2618.23, with payment required at the time the order was placed Complaint: I still do not have this product, nor do I have my money, or any compensation for it. I do not recall at the time of ordering if the product was listed as 'out of stock' or not, however within a month of ordering I was told it would likely be a 2-3 month wait for the product. I waited those 2-3 months (~Sept 2021) before calling back again, and I have called back every month since. Each month, I was told something to the effect of 'you are next in line, and Fox [the manufacturer] says any day now. In December 2021, I was even forwarded to Fox directly and told the same thing by them. During a recent phone call (26 Jan 2022), I was told the expected timeframe is now no earlier than the end of March 2022, but really that 'it will happen when it happens.' I have still not been offered any compensation, though Off Road Warehouse (ORW) did offer to cancel the order. Inaccurate delivery dates and manufacturing issues are on Fox, but keeping my money for 8+ months with no compensation is on ORW. I am not in the habit of giving out loans, especially not 0% interest loans, but that is effectively what my payment for this product has become, and thus canceling the order no longer makes sense. I can understand a few months of backorder and keeping a customer's money, but 8+ months is unacceptable. At a 5% annual interest rate, I would already be already owed $90. Or, that could have been a 5%/$90 return on an investment for me. Again, I understand national supply woes, and I understand that ORW does not control the manufacturing. However we are past the point of 'I'm just the middle man' being acceptable, considering ORW is the entity that collected my money.
