I booked through Priceline showed up 7am says on my rental book that I had unlimited miles ***** they apparently bait and switch when I get there they said 500 miles was given only .so had to pay 188 dollars for prepaid he dropped it to .25 per mile over 500 miles so instead of ruining my trip .I decided and I felt strong armed do to limited time and misinformation and I already paid for Priceline payment non refundable not in good faith I decided to pay that what was forced upon very little time I had set aside .I still had over 250 miles unused that they are keeping due to prepaid.Do to misinformation as well as The manager mentioned he has a lot of unhappy customers Not shocked ??So please watch this tactic they use it will be the last time I use this service along with them not even doing a walk around I always video before and after return to insure they dont try and get me for someone elses mistake .Keep in mind that Turo for the same amount of days gave me ***** miles brand new vehicle even provided water plus 150 dollars less even with me adding there insurance Please Be cautious when purchasing from these people also while standing there 3 out of 4 people were upset ?? so Caution ?? never had this bad of experience

Very unprofessional from reception to owner. They rented me a car for 810$ **** was deposit I haven't received back in 3 weeks. And when I call it's a run around or an excuse. I don't think they should be inn business at all...I have pictures of car they rented no k**** for ac or heat very junkyard bound car. I was very disappointed by them but what made it worse is my deposit they tell me a date and then m give excuses like ************ with boyfriend and stuff like that!

I booked a mid-size SUV for $20/day about 4 days ago prior to arriving to the cart rental location. Once I arrived I was told the only cars available were minivans for the same price or premium cars at their premium daily rate of $45/day. They had no other cars available though the reservation was made 4 days in advance and I was not contacted so that I could have made other car rental arrangements.The staff and shuttle driver were very kind however the best they could do was lower the price of the premium car to $40 (after I told them my company would only reimburse me for upto $40 ??)I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be until Monday.Definitely will not be doing business here in the future and would not recommend this car rental location to anyone.

This business is committing fraud. We rent a car online and when we arrived, we were told that no cars were available of the type and we would be able to contact Expedia for a full refund. This business is denying the claim after the associate said there would be no issues. We paid for a service which we DID NOT receive. We are filing a claim with the ** ********************** after reading multiple reviews of them doing this with many customers. This is not an airport car rental since they are located far away from the airport and we had to walk 1.1 miles to the actually office after the second shuttle did not show up. Not sure why the business is saying it is located on ******* it is actually on *****************************************************.

This Business let my 73-year-old mother who doesn't have a valid Driver's License rent a car. They are lucky my mother didn't get into an accident before I made her return the car. This Business should not be able to operate. They only care about making a sale.

I rented a full-sized car from Dollar Car Rental at *************************************************, I selected a ****** Altima. As soon as I drove it out of the parking lot, "low tire pressure" warning came on. I brought the car back for an exchange of the vehicle. The staff member told me it was the weather (It was 50 degrees Fahrenheit that day), and those warning lights come on "all the time". I got another Altima, and there was quite a bit of water inside the car. So I got into a ******* Sonata, and it's tire pressures were 41, 30, 36, and 37 psi. I assume they routinely overinflate the tires because they know these tires will lose air soon enough. I switched to a ***** Malibu. No warning lights came on at first. But after I had driven it for 60 miles, "low tire pressure" warning came on, and by next day, the on-board pressure gage was reporting 24 psi for the driver-side front tire. I took the car to ********* and had all 4 tires checked. It was the left REAR tire that was low in air, not the front tire as the warning light suggested.It is abundantly obvious that Dollar does not maintain the tire pressures of their rental vehicles properly. This seems like a very dangerous practice that needs to be better regulated for this company, as wellas for the whole industry.

Budget left over ********************* the San **** airport. Call my phone and I was told sorry. Never again will used Budget.

Horrible crooked people who take people's property without merit does not have any business like experience whatsoever when it comes to handling the public
