Theyre renting out vehicles that arent safe on the road. I and my fianc went to rent a vehicle both instances vehicles have safety issues that, I believe theyre aware of. Instead of a proper resolution, Ive been lied to as well as in my option discriminationated against because were African American. These individuals are callous and although they allow car rentals theyve provided me with two vehicles that, I know for a fact any reputable mechanic would know that driving without correction could cause injury. I attempted to have them honor what, I was told Saturday instead lied and told me to get a refund after knowing, I needed the rental until my vehicle is repaired. This company is a scam. They took my money car is infested in pet hair brakes are grinding loud. I work m-f 4a-1:30 they tried telling my husband, I can bring it to their mechanic. Now if their mechanic was licensed he woul know those brakes are gone on the *** and the ******* they rented has some sort of transmission issues thats why it jerks to catch up to speed. Theyre just taking peoples money without regard to safety on the road which is alarming. *** dropping in on calls as wellBusiness response

We apologize that you are not happy with your rental. As we stated when you called we are happy to take the car back and issue a refund for the unused days. We are unable to provide you with a different car as all of our cars are currently rented out. Since you have been renting for a while the deposit will have to be held for the 10 business days as stated on your contract and that you initialled. We do this because we have been stuck will a lot of parking tickets and we don't usually find out about them until after the car is returned. Again please bring the car back if you are unhappy and we'll refund you for any unused days. Sensible Car Rental.
