I purchased a certified used 2016 ram **** from shift auto online out of sandeigo..and 1 1 full day a dealer after the 5 safety recalls I got it back and drove about 200 miles into owning it the transmission went out they have had the vehicle for 2 weeks of the 3 I've owned it and will not release it for a repair I've gotten 3 quote and they look at it too they wont let me pick it up or have it to to certified repair shop for service trying to scare me into just returning the car so they dont have to pay repairs ****..the first quote was 8k second 7 k now they say there only responsible for 5k I said ok please release my vehicle they still won't release it I'm disabled and with out the proper vehicle I'm very disappointed 2 weeks of phone tag and zero answer just pushing off my repair longer.please help I just want it to go to a certified repair shop so it dosen't cancel the 5k doller extended warranty I purchased on top of the carBusiness response
