On 06/17/2022 I purchased 4 brand new tires and alignment in that place. They promised to fix my tire in the future for free just in case anything happened like a flat tire, etc. 2 weeks ago my tire pressure indicator turned on and I adjust my pressure a couple of times out of gas stations before going back to the tire shop but still had the same issue. I brought my car 3 times to this tire shop and each time they told me they do not have time (the excuses were: Closing soon, lunchtime, busy with other customers). Finally, today 10/4/22 after the 4th attempt one of the workers yelled at me very rudely and said "I WILL NOT REPEAT IT MORE THAT ONE TIME, IT IS BECAUSE THE WEATHER TEMPERATURE" he was extremely crazy and angry! I was thinking maybe he had a bad day, and I was trying to explain to him that I adjust my tire pressure a couple of times and still, I have the same problem. I tried to ask him which tire had low pressure, but he shouted at me "YOU CAN NOT UNDERSTAND, YOU ARE NORT LESSENING!" and he tried to open my car's hubcaps angrily to the extent that they were close to breaking.I was very shocked and tried to talk to the other gentleman who is working there, and he said forget about him and come back in 2 days! I was about to open my car's door when the rude guy came to me again and said, " NOW YOU UNDERSTAND?" I said no I cannot understand, and he said, " BECAUSE YOU ARE CRAZY" and he used his hand (You are crazy hand gestures). I am very disappointed and still in shock! I read these tire shop reviews and come other customers had the same anger experience from that guy. I am not feeling safe going there anymore as definitely he has some mental issues and anger problems and of course zero customer service.Business response

First of all, Mr. ***** could not have been here that many times, we recall this being the first time with this issue. When he came to get the air pressure checked, we helped him out right away. We put air in all 4 tires. We realized that all 4 tires were 2 PSI lower. This tends to happen due to the weather. This is a common occurrence. We explained to him the cause of the loss of pressure and he refused to accept the explanation. We advised him several times to no avail. A second employee approached the client and explained again and he still refused to accept the answer. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us .

As I explained and it is clear on other customers reviews ******* and yelp) they do not know how do the costumer service and their reaction is very rude and unprofessional. Again my main concern is not what cause the tire pressure indicator, the problem is a very rude and angry employee! On top of that as I mentioned that was my 4th time going there to fix my problem and why at the first time they did not adjust my pressure? I believe they are advising free service to make sure your are buying from them and then they do not want you to be around the business anymore. BBB please go and review other customers reviews. The gentleman came in because of a tire pressure and now he says that is not his main concern? When he came, the employee stopped what he was doing to and proceeded to put air in the tires and explain what the issue was. The customer did not like the explanation he received and he became irate. As we stated before, he has not been here 4 times. I think it is obvious if we explained and fixed the issue he came in for, why would it be a problem for the staff. It is not ok for him to yell at our staff because he doesn't like the response that he is given. We performed the task he came in for in a prompt manner.
