I contracted services with the Recovery Law firm mid January of 2024; paid in full mid February. I have done all that they ask of me and was told in march that my case was ready to go n be filed. But it wasnt, I had to call them many times and no one knew anything and my paralegal was unavailable. Finally someone there told me that I had a new paralegal, thus they had to catch up and review my case. Then nothing. I called and emailed. Nothing to make this story short, I have had four paralegals and each just have to catch up. A few days I called, current paralegal unavailable. Because I was told n hold so long someone else answered phone, ****. She informed that I was getting another paralegal but they did not know who. I was angry and hung up. She called me back and tried to justify their lack of service with stuff likewe work 8.5-10 hours a day, there is a lot of turnover here blah blah blah. She promised me that she or someone would call me back this following Monday. I doubt that. She also said this I promise you we will assign our Special paralegal for just you. And she had the audacity to say to me dont you want your case to go forward and that I was not working with them. I have submitted sooo many documents and each month, due to having.new paralegal (?) or maybe this is how they do the job. I am concerned that they have all my personal and financial info as Clearly they are dishonest and are liars. I paid $1920 and I really did not have that kind of money at this time. I dont have any money at that time as Im financially in dire straits or I wouldnt be filing bankruptcy.. I have not received the services that they promised me and they have very many excuses for this most of them blaming me. I get treated with this disrespect. I get no return calls and no return emails and this has been going on since February. It is now June. I want a full refund.
