            I ordered tanning drops and an exfoliating cloth from this company some time before 3/21/22, when they shipped. I did not receive the exfoliating cloth in the shipment, so I reached out to customer service on 3/23/22 to get the item sent or refunded.The reply I received did not address my question, they just resent the delivery notification. I replied to the email 3 times on 3/25, 3/28, 3/31 and received no response.I sent a new request for customer service on 4/4/22, also requesting the issue to be solved, and received a response from the company asking for a picture of the box. I had already thrown out the box since it had been over a week since it had been delivered 12 days prior, and since I received no response or direction the first time I contacted the company. I explained this in my email.Again, I received no response and replied to the email on 4/5, 4/13, 4/18 and received no response.I contacted them on a new request via their internet site AGAIN on 4/20 and have received NO RESPONSE.I just want a refund for the item I did not receive over a month ago. I have tried for a month to contact this company and have not solved this issue.
