I think Bicycle Warehouse should learn how to communicate with their consumers unlike a spoiled child that does something wrong and blames everyone else, then over reacts and reacts with animosity when called out. I ordered bike parts on a Friday and still had no shipping info by the following Wednesday. I reached out to them via email and stated that I was a first time customer and probably would be a last time customer due to the lack of shipping info after going on six days. I stated that they had failed. I woke the next morning to an email from "**** the owner" telling me he cancelled my order. I never mentioned wanting a cancellation nor did I want a cancellation, just some honest answers and integrity. **** (the owner) responded with " well since you were never going to buy products from us again I didn't want to take your money just once and have you not be a returning customer"...or something similar to that, I deleted his bogus and childish response as soon as I read it, therefore I can't state it verbatim. Someone at the company mentioned in an email that some parts were at another warehouse...this was not on the website nor was a backorder notification ever displayed or conveyed to me about my order. Either way, I can't believe this company has been in business for *************************************************************************************** the USA. Bike shops are normally a fun and exciting relationship because you are getting some new parts to equip your bike and it will bring much joy and entertainment thereafter, but not from Bicycle Warehouse! My opinion is that **** should not be communicating with customers because he lets his ego get in the way of a simple transaction that he could not fulfill in a timely manner or provide a decent response for its delay, or why he spitefully cancelled the order un-prompted. I suggest remedial customer service training for ****. He has lost his way with his assumed success and ego. Cheers!
