Ive owned several boats throughout my 20s and then I heard about FBC through a ****** I have to say, its the best thing *** spent my money on to this date. The fact that I do not have to clean or maintain the boat is fantastic. Plus I can take a different boat out basically every week. The dockstaff are absolutely fantastic and caring about the members. I really do get a sense of a huge boating family everytime I take a boat out. I hear about some people complaining about a few smudges here and there, along with maybe a fish finder not working. But these issues get fixed very quickly. No one is perfect, however, ***, ****** the club manager, and the dockstaff are definitely up there towards pure perfection! Thank you FBC for having me as a member!

They won't allow any negative comments on their website. Unless you can go out boating at least 3 times a month, it's not worth it. More members are cancelling than ever before due to the clubs greed, and lack of customer service.The charging of members is not consistent. Some people pay $199/month, others pay $475/month. The down payments to join are also not consistent. Some people pay no money down, others pay $7,000.00. This boat club is poorly run, and all they care about is money. They do not care about their members. When members call to file a compliant, or send an email, they ignore it. They try and make it seem like everything is butterflies, rainbows and unicorns when it isn't. People do not like them as much as they try to portray.They do not upkeep the boats, and all the boats are old. The owner of the company, ***, does not listen to suggestions or comments from the members, and he lets his wife, ********, run the business. She is a nut case. Very unprofessional, and treats the employees poorly. ******** has caused 3 employees to lose their jobs because she didn't like them. Not because they did the job poorly. All the dock staff are paid minimum wage so there is no incentive to do good work. They target college kids so they can pay them minimum wage. The office staff have to constantly kiss a** to the owners wife ********, or they will lose their jobs. They have been reported to **************** The ********** of **** Employment and Housing, and the Better Business Bureau. There are also pending Wrongful Termination cases against them.
