DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Not only does Hot Tub Cruisin have several allegations regarding fraudulent charges and potential scams (see other 1-star ************ and Better Business Bureau reviews), but also they treat their customers with shameful disrespect and apathy.I had a horrendous experience with Operations Manager, ************************* regarding an issue with Groupon. She was shockingly rude and relentlessly pestering. Im honestly stunned this business has its communications and reservations, very customer service-heavy roles, managed by someone so ill-mannered with a painfully evident lack of basic people skills. I attempted to contact the business owners at the Admin email listed on their website regarding my experience. Not surprisingly, I received an email response by none other than ****** herself. In this email she calls me a liar and manipulator, and also idiotically admits to having recorded our phone conversation- which is illegal in ********** considering I didnt consent nor was I made aware I was being recorded. Although, as mentioned above, her obtuse behavior in that phone call and the sparseness of my sentences would only help prove my point. Im shocked this business is still functional with her at the helm. Yet, as the Mother of the two co-founders and business owners, ****** and *******************, it only makes sense that she has immunity despite her apparent inability to speak to customers in a respectful manner let alone manage a business.

Total scammers. I think they give these ridiculous fees they charge to the dockhand and theyre in Kahoots together. If Id read their horrible reviews ahead of timewish I had. Do business with them at your own risk.

Horrible experience with this business. The manager was condescending and extremely unprofessional. Charged us a ridiculous amount of fees for a situation that was out of our hands. First time driving a boat, with no service in the water and no directions caused us to be late to the dock, we texted for help and as soon as someone finally answered they treated us like we were lying and were not making any efforts to return the boat. Not helpful and understanding as a business should be. This place is a joke. Ive never left a review but the wat the manager bri treated us was completely uncalled for.
