      I received a ****** collectable inside a factory sealed box, and the box is crunched. It was poorly packed inside it's oversized shipping box. They have offered 30% refund or an exchange, I want an exchange and now they will not respond back with the directions and pre-paid shipping label to begin the process.

      On December 2nd I ordered five collectibles from Super7s online store totaling 85 dollars. These were intended for a birthday on December 16th and the Christmas holiday. I paid for three business day shopping. On December 12th I went to check on the status of my package which I had not received an update on. I found that based on Super7s tracking app SHOP that the package was stuck at Order Received with no shipping information. This was now well after when I expected it by, and it would in no way arrive for the birthday in question. I sent two emails to their customer service line on the 12th and 13th. The 14th I got an email from **** that the label had been printed for my package, implying that the order had in no way been touched until 13 days later. I then was sent a link by the customer service line to track my **** package. Then on December 20th, I checked my link and I saw that the package had not had any updates of being received by the facility as of the 18th.I then send a follow up email every 48 hours (which is their timeframe provided to respond in) to which I received nothing. Once it got to December 22nd and I saw I would be out 5 gifts I requested a refund. I still did not hear back, but spontaneously got a notification my package arrived on the 24th. I was out of town by then and returned yesterday, but upon arrival I found the box is terribly damaged.I have been out of work while getting my teachers license and cannot just eat an $85 dollar loss. My communications have been ignored, and the package arrived 24 days after an order that was paid for to take 3.I am happy to send this back (not at my expense) but they have ignored my requests and I need my money back.Thank you *****************************

      This holiday season was incredibly busy for us and we were not able to ship out orders as quickly as we would like to. We have sent ****** an RMA to return the order for a full refund.

      Order was placed on 6/6/20. Order was finally received in November with no shipping information given, just arrived at my house. I paid $197.55 for these items and they did not come out how they were modeled. Super 7 barely gave any updates, just vaguely would give an idea when they could be out. Took 7 months past an expected release date for them to arrive. When I requested a return on this, they asked for my reason and quit responding. Absolutely terrible customer service and rude to buyers.

      Hello. I have tried to contact this company's wholesale department ******************************************* to place wholesale orders for my business. I emailed over a month ago and tried again a week ago. No one is responding. I first contacted the sales department and they referred me to email ****************************************** Can someone please contact us so we can place an order?

      I have repeatedly ask for order S7P47293 to be cancelled. Super7 keeps a terrible policy of noncancellation of preorders. They however set unrealistic delivery dates for products, give no updates. When they do they send out low quality images so you have no clue what the "final" may really look like. Meanwhile theyre constantly delivering products released after this one. I want super7 to cancel my order and return my money. I'm not sure how they stay in business with practices like these. Avoid at all costs.
