Terrible customer service. **** service manager refuses to provide pre-paid postage label for damaged defective item. A vinyl ************************* (Ghost Sheet)f or $300 USD has black smudges all over his head that cannot be removed. It is in the vinyl.**** says I am responsible for paying for return shipping. "we don't do international exchanges" This is their policy "RETURN SHIPPING If merchandise is damaged or not as described, Super7 will cover the cost of the return freight by supplying you with a return shipping label." He is a total jerk. Over priced junk with no quality control. Buyer beware. They will lose in the end because ****** will step in and smarten him up.Review from Michael B

Don't pay for anything they don't actually have in the store. They rob people for thousands of dollars for these exclusive character series and never deliver. I've been waiting for a year and a half.Review from Brett F

Same issues as other customers. Pay up front for pre orders that keep getting pushed back with little to no communication about what's going on. Meanwhile they continue to list new product for pre order with no regards to the money in their pockets stolen from past customers. Its a classic sign of a pyramid scheme where even if you get said item in the end it is not of quality compared to price. They specialize in very cheap re action figures that are made pennies on the dollar all the while thinking they are kings of the toy making world. Their motto is : "No one made what they wanted so they made it themselves". I assume they mean cheap toys from china for premium prices cause every single reaction figure I have seen has been laughably horrible looking. We collectors have let this bottom feeding company exist for far too long. Time they pack up and get shut down...!!!
