I did a lease buyout on my vehicle with the dealership on July 06th, 2024. The dealership agreed to finance my vehicle at the cost of the vehicle lease payoff which was $15,052.06 plus $2000.00 dealership charge to process the lease buyout. I was charged $17,547.06. $495.00 more than the agreed upon price. I told the dealership when I was signing the paperwork because the price was not disclosed in a dealership "Agreement to Payoff Loan" agreement. I was told that any balance over the agreed upon payoff and $2000.00 charge would be refunded back to me. I have requested the balance to be refunded via letter dated 7/12/2024 and sent to the dealership via FED Ex. I have yet to hear from the management department or received a check. Please refund overcharge on my contract of $495.00

i have purchsed a vehicle from Mission Chevolet in 10/2021 for 23k. Within two months after the purchase, the car stalled and i had to get it towed back tonthe dealer. They supposedly repaired the issue, and i pick the car up. Two months later, the vehicle stalled again causing me to tow it back to the dealer. In his is two of multiple events, my most recent was May 2022, i which it stalled on the highway causing me to pay for towing. At this point, i am fearful to drive such an unreliable car and it loses a safety issue.

Transaction date: 10/09/2021. Other goods, Services and Miscellaneous charges (ELO GPS- theft deterrent device (only serves the dealership)): $695. I never initialed or signed this item. My signature was forged afterwards, actually so pedestrian it's not even funny. Between the time we agreed on everything and the time the Mission Bay Chevrolet crooks ******* my loan docs they had "snuck" in there $700 for stupid satellite bs nobody needs...I pointed it to them and they said, and I quote: "well we do this with all our vehicles, bla bla bla..." in other words, standard procedure, EVERYONE gets screwed with added costs, just as if you were adding aftermarket items I don't want. Sorry but NO. :-/ So I intend to get my money back, that's that simple. There is no need for me to supply any "supporting" documents as Dealership has all the supporting documents on hand, but if that is a dealbreaker I will supply whatever it is. Also if BBB needs a sample of my signature to match against the one that shows my "approving" that charge on the day I took delivery of the vehicle in *********, and I had to sign...well I surely wouldn't sign that, so I left it blank, they didn't catch it, and later reversed engineered the "signature entry". If it wasn't so sad, it would actually be funny

I believe this has already been addressed.  The complaint might have come through our ********** store since this is where ******** purchased his vehicle.   Mission Bay **********.

I have attached a copy of the requested refund which was mailed on 2/7/22 and cashed on 2/16/22.  It appears this has been resolved.

      Thank you.
