Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I have received terrible service, to the point where the service representative was yelling at me in my face. Not only is the customer service beyond terrible, but they repeatedly failed to find a problem with my squealing brakes. I had my brand new car in 4 times over a year and a half for two services (10k, and 20k), and also mentioned my brakes were making strange noises and squealing. After my 20k service, I was finally given a quote for $700 to replace the brakes. I took the car to another shop and was told my brakes were within spec, and there was likely a warranty issue because only the rear brakes were engaging. I've spoken to the manager, who ensured me I would receive better service with a different service representative. I mistakenly gave them a final chance to perform. They again found nothing wrong with my brakes, made me wait for over two hours after I was told ***** minutes, and when I went to go inspect my car, the service rep got in my face and started yelling at me. I'm contemplating reporting this incident to the authorities as I felt nervous for my personal safety. Please don't waste your time, and don't give them your business.

Scheduled an appointment for my suv to be serviced. Dropped the car off and they had no idea about my suv so i had to schedule another appointment. My vacuum pump needed to be replaced, which is covered under warranty and extended warranty. They told me my warranty was expired. ( not true). warranty also covered a rental. i was not given the option of a rental at all. they fixed the pump under warranty and now states the pump messed up my motor. And now states they will not cover this under warranty because of lack of maintenance. They were hard to get a hold of and told me false things about warranty and rental. I have been without a car since 11/6/23 and its now 12/8/23. My motor is covered under warranty and its my fault that the pump messed up my motor. covered the easy fix under warranty but the new motor they will not cover. They told me I could pick up the car and i gave them instructions of what to do of locking my key in the car and placing outside of the service fence so i can pick it up with a tow truck. Showed up twice with a tow truck and it wasn't ready. I called several times and left several emails. Hard to get a hold of and lack of updates. couldnt select a negative star rating so a 1 star it is.

Advertised sale for ****k for car on website. Turns out that price is only for GM Financial financing which is not understandable in the website. So, real price is 36+k unless you pay 9%+ through GM plus TTY=41k. So dealers are now advertising lower prices and then give you the news much later. Its not cool. Im active duty in the military suggest no military personnel to go to Chevrolet mission bay this dealership is full of scammers I purchased a 2017 **** Focus from them and the transmission went in a month they were refusing to fix my vehicle first they stated I had no warranty then they said I have warranty when I said I was getting a lawyer involved then they decided to fix my transmission mind you my vehicle was sitting in there shop for 4 months then I finally got the vehicle back from the dealership after they repaired the transmission I drove the car again and my transmission went on me again now I have no way to get to work, I have no way to get work Im married and have a family this is not the way to treat a veteran, now they are just giving me the run around again I wanted a car from them for the same value or my money back and they are refusing to provide that for me, I had my vehicle tolled to the dealership last week and its been sitting there they dont even bother to repair it, Im active duty in the military and married with a family I cant keep on depending on rides all the time this has been really stressful for me its a nightmare Im paying ****************************************************************************** 3 more months, I told the bank I took the loan from about the situation they said there is nothing they can do, ****** that works at service for mossy **** took a look at my vehicle and stated that there was whole bunch of metal rust in my transmission, he said that they sold me a terrible vehicle, my warranty expires this month on the 22nd now they are just going to try to play games so they dont have to repair my vehicle, I still have all my receipts from the **** at Chevrolet mission bay hes absolutely the worst he just has my car sitting there and then he said I dont have warranty one day then the next day I do this dealership seriously needs to be put out of business seriously this is not how you treat a veteran!!!!
