      Questionable sales practices. The business is apparently sending out so much useless product that it must include a printed card with every order to try to scare away bad reviews by preemptively shaming people out of telling the truth if they receive defective product. Even better, they collaterally malign the identity of 15 million people whose name or ethnicity is "*****" to try to pretend such behavior is cool.

      While we are sorry that you were offended with our meme-*********************** insert, we do not agree with the 'shaming' issue. 

      We cannot control the shipping service or heat waves, and therefore, we do not deserve a bad review solely if your gummies arrive melted.

      The postcard also offers a free replacement should your gummies arrive melted, which (during hot months and in hot zones) is also sent in a thermal bag with an ice pack. 

      The "*****" package insert has been discontinued as of 10/1/23.

      There is no "agreeing with or not agreeing with" "the shaming issue." You are promoting a baseless and harmful stereotype based entirely on an identity characteristic of a group of people who are far too diverse to fit any stereotype. That's bigotry.

      December 30 I placed an order online for 1 item and 1 free item based on a Promotion - the website says it takes 2 days to ship. A couple days pass, I have not received confirmation my order was received /shipped but my card was charged. I tried to contact the company but they have no phone number. The chat on the website is unresponsive. I sent an email to the company asking the eta of the package. January 5 I receive an email from the company stating the promotional item advertised on the website is out of stock, therefore that they could not fulfill the order but no one reached out to me. As an apology they offered me two FREE additional products I said yes and My first email confirmation my order went through was on January 6. January 10 the package was out for delivery but never delivered - **** sent it back to the sender. I attempted to send several emails to the company asking why my order wasnt completed. I checked my delivery details on the website I wrote out and they included all the accurate details for an address. A week passes and I get a email reply from ***** at the company that the address written on the package was written incorrectly how does that happen?I asked if I could get my package redelivered and I didnt get a response. I sent another email asking when I can get my package - no response. On January 12 I get an email from **** saying my package was delivered back to sender (the company) I forwarded this email to the company asking if they could PLEASE send me my package back and I get a response that says Don't worry about sending anything back - please just share it with a friend that you think could benefit from their effects.-*********** I sent another email asking if/when I can get my package. The chat in the website has said be back tomorrow for 4 days now. Also on my account it appears I am charged twice for the two free additional items. It is currently January 15 and I still have not received my package But paid

      Being charged a subscription fee and not being able to cancel. Website wont allow me to sign in, states I have no account. CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION NOW!!! I dont want to continually be charged for something I dont want
