BUYER BEWARE! I can't comment on the efficacy of the product bc I NEVER RECIEVED anything! Order initially placed in October 2023 $148.84, no product delivered. Charged another $238 the following month with no product received d.t auto-subscribe that I never agreed to.5 phone calls with 3 additional promises of "8 bottles on its way." NO PRODUCT EVER NEVER RECIEVED. Told company I would follow through with my threat to report them to BBB earlier today and I just received my refund today February 7 ****.

Apetropics is a SCAM product folks need to know that if you purchase a bottle you have committed to a subscription without knowledge that you will be charged (in my case $98.82 every other month. When trying to stop this subscription you are at their mercy even though it states money back guarantee. I was told to send back all bottles even if open for complete money back. I have seen two refunds however not all that I have been charged even though I was told all money would be refunded. This morning I sent my 9th email after their response. This company is a scam their reviews on Amazon are not good I want them to stop stealing from folks who trust their wording 100% guarantee or money backsend back the product for full money back note I had to pay for shipping back the product

Charged me for products I didnt want and didnt order. When I told them I was going to contact my credit card company they continued to charge more to my credit card which thankfully was declined. They definitely are a very shady operation. They should be shut down.

I cannot comment on the efficacy of the Apetropics product itself. I tried it and had a reaction to one or more of the ingredients and had to discontinue it's use.The reaction caused my muscles to feel like they would if I were shivering, which I wasn't. It was a Very Uncomfortable feeling. Imagine shivering for three days, nonstop ! Ugh !My reaction is not the reason for this review however. People have reactions to all kinds of things for all kinds of reasons. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS BAD !!! It's just that my body didn't tolerate some part of this product.This review is here to address the response of the Apetropics company when I called to arrange a return and refund.You see, I didn't start using Apetropics right away when I received the first introductory bottle in the mail. By the time I had tried the product, had the reaction, and recovered, the second bottle was in my mailbox.I called the company to explain what happened and to arrange for a return and refund.I had two options;1. Accept an 85% refund and keep the product.2. Return the product for a 100% refund.The problem with option 2 is that I would have to pay the return shipping costs. While neither option was completely satisfying I went with option 1 as the shipping costs would have been as much or more than the difference in the price I paid and the 85% refund.I spoke with ***** at the company. She is very nice and courteous and she handled my situation in less than 10 minutes.As I said at the beginning of this review, I cannot speak to the efficacy of Apetropics.I can, however, speak to how the company handled my situation.I couldn't ask for more. Their response was fast, courteous, and professional. Based on this interaction, I would buy other products from this company.
