A reservation was made on Thursday June 20th for yacht charter on Saturday July 6th from 3-7pm at $495/hr as listed on their website (see screenshots). I did not receive a confirmation text or email, so I personally had to call the number listed on their website link: ******************************************************************************** and phone number listed in email: **************.Person named ****** listed as "Yacht Coordinator" answered the phone and mentioned i would receive a confirmation email. On Friday 6/21 I finally received the confirmation email, however there was a different yacht type, price, and time stated: "Premium Aquarus yacht, 12-4pm, at $650/hour" for Saturday July 6th which is not what I had selected upon booking (see screenshots attached).Website listed "due today $500 deposit". I emailed back and included screenshots to show what I originally booked and they refuse to cancel the reservation/provide a refund. See screenshots of emails attached. After further review and discussion with the "Yacht Coordinator" ******, the website is advertising fraudulent information and using the "bait and switch" technique to lure customers in and trying to force them to pay more that they anticipated. I would like to immediately cancel the reservation and be refunded any charges, and their website also needs to be reported and immediately shut down. I will also be filing a police report to expose this website for fraud.
