On Dec 1, I placed a nearly $200 chocolate order to make holiday confections as gifts. I received confirmation that my order was processing and a shipping label had been printed for my order, but it still has not been shipped as of now, 12/11.This is in clear violation of their own shipping policies as listed on their site. On 12/7 I replied to the shipping notification email with request for an update. That email, and the follow up email I sent 12/8 remain as yet unanswered. That email address is the only contact information listed on the website. Please see attached emails.Business response

We will send you flakes with cane sugar because the **** we would still have to temper and it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow.
The cane sugar flakes are ready to go today. The tracking number we provided is still correct. We included a couple of pounds extra of the coconut one you wanted (we only had that) and our vegan milk.
I will refund the price difference right now.
You should receive it on Monday.
