    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Specialized Collections Bureau (SCB) regarding their handling of a $1918.83 debt claimed to be owed to Servpro for incomplete water mitigation services. I dispute the validity of this debt due to misleading information, lack of documentation, and unresponsive communication from SCB.Disputes with Servpro:1. Incomplete Services: Servpro's water mitigation was incomplete, causing ongoing issues.2. Misleading Information: Assurances of insurance coverage were later denied, leaving me responsible for the cost.3. Lack of Documentation: No signed contract outlines payment responsibility, causing confusion.4. Incorrect Name: ******* and SCB inaccurately documented my name.5. "Bill ******** to Adjustor": The invoice contains wording instructing to "bill directly to adjustor," adding to the confusion regarding payment responsibility.Unsuccessful Communication with SCB:1. Lack of Response: SCB has been unresponsive to inquiries seeking debt validation and evidence of *******'s work completion.2. Failure to Provide Documentation: SCB has not provided detailed documentation verifying the debt, violating the FDCPA.Request for Resolution:I request:1. Validation of the Debt: Detailed documentation, including the original creditor's name, amount owed, breakdown of charges, and date of debt.2. Proof of Authorization: Evidence that SCB is authorized to collect this debt on behalf of ********3. Evidence of Work Completion: Proof of work completion, including signed agreements, contracts, or documentation.4. Correction of Name: Accurate reflection of my name in SCB's records.5.     After this business collected my initial account set up payment, they stopped contacting me. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them. When I finally did after continuous phone calls, they would not answer my questions, they were extremely rude, and they did not uphold any of the services that they were paid for.
