      March 27th looking for a phone service to help with extension, Officetree came up saw the ad for $7.99 6 ext. 500 min did not see for per person. But here's the kicker, I asked during my trial period which they didn't set up the last day before the trial ended, to be notified about the billing and cost of the service BEFORE any charges were made to my card and guess what $149 hit my credit card. So now I'm asking for my money back because there was no way I would approve this amount for a phone service, I'm a new business with limited capital. They did not want to give me my money back, tried to compromise with me on a cheaper subscription, now why would I want to do business with someone who does not honor what I have asked for as the consumer, I wanted to know BEFORE they charged me the cost of the service, and then charged an extra month out like they were doing me a service. Bad business, bad customer service, bad business practices, and dishonest all the way around. My brother is a police officer, got him involved and I've labeled them as a fraudulent business and filed a dispute with my bank, Beware they are not legit

      This company engages in bait and switch. They offer a free trial. Once the trial is up, they switch you to a higher priced plan without customer consent and refuse to refund your money. Do not give this company your bank or debit card information. They just take what they want. I am disputing their unauthorized charges with my bank.

      They claim to have provided me a free trail to test their product but have charged e 4 times in the last few days multiple sums only to remove 134 from my account. I asked them the charge over the phone they ensured me a 24 dollar charge with was completely false. They have stolen my money and I would like it back immediately but they have stopped responding.

      A transaction on 6/16/22 was taken from out business account in the amount of $99.96, we didn't authorize this amount and in no way was it even clear this would be charged to our business account. When immediately notifying the business we don't want this service and to immediately refund it, they proceeded to make excuses as to why they wouldn't and then called back 10 minutes later only offering partial credit. We were very clear, we don't want the service, want the money immediately returned to our business account, we no longer want to do further business with this company.

      Signed up for a phone service on Jan. 27, that had an advertised price starting at $1.99 per month for their basic service. I selected this service and proceeded with signing up. There was a 7 day free trial available. They upgraded the plan to the second highest level which was changed to $24.99. They charged a total of $127.14, on Feb. 3, When I contacted them today they claim the $127.14 is for 2 months prepayment. I let them know of the error and asked them to refund the incorrect amount charged, which they have refused to do. Attaching a screen shot of the stated price & the price they are now showing on their website. They insist I signed up for the higher plan and I did not. Even if I did, the price is still wrong from the plan I signed up for. Seeking a refund as I do not want to purchase anything from a company that feels fraud is acceptable. I have asked them to cancel the account. The account is under the email ************************** The case number for their support service is *******

      On January 11, 2022 I paid $7.99 for a virtual phone service with the business Office Tree. I discovered two days later when looking at my bank statement that I was charged $47. 94, but that was not the amount that was showing on the checkout when I paid. I talked to a representative January 14, ********************************************************************************************* They changed the price from $7.99 to $47.94 without my permission. They now contend that they charged me more because they charge six months up front. They are being disingenuous, because had they presented that as a choice I would have passed because I would never commit to paying six months in advance for a service without knowing it will be affective. I repeatedly asked for a refund and a cancellation to the service but they refuse. Now the website has disappeared suddenly.
