I am a user of the android app called Coin App. It is owned by XY Labs Inc. I took a survey on there app for tokens. You can trade the tokens for crypto currency. So it says me reward was supposed to be ****** tokens. It shows on my rewards list. Reflects in token earned for the month. Did I receive those tokens no. Did I try and email support. Yes 10+ times. They have not even attempted to help me. I want my tokens. That roughly 60$ USD.Business response

Thanks for reaching out and allowing us to explain.
There was a temporary hack on one of our partners that caused incorrect amounts to come through their system and be displayed to users in their user interface. Although users *** have seen these amounts, they were not delivered since we don't honor fraudulent rewards, whether obtained by a hacker or other users that *** have inadvertently benefited from their hack.
As you can see in the screenshot this user provided, partial rewards are normally 20 COIN, but there is only one instance where it is incorrectly inflated due to this attack on their system.
To put this in perspective, that amount of ******* COIN is around 10x what is even possible to earn through this partner in any circumstance, so clearly unreasonable for a partial reward.
Since the incorrect reward was blocked, we did manually send the correct reward to this user of 20 COIN. Hope that makes sense and please let us know if you have any follow up questions.

Coin App claims that if Sentinelx NFC is boight from them, they will give it free, I Just have to pay for shipping fee.. I was charged three times the price (USD 67) and cost of the shipping (USD 17.95) last September 23, 2021. I reported right away (same day) to their customer support team that I should only be charged at USD 17.95.. But they told me that the item is shipped out already. The only way for the refund is to wait for the item to arrive from US to Philippines, then not accept the package, then return to sender, so they can refund me. No shadow of package, no tracking number. They told me to wait for 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, then 6weeks to 6months. They also told me that refund is approved, but I don't see in my bank. Then told me to wait for 10 days, if not i should contact the bank.. This is absolutely wrong as the fund transfer is almost realtime.. They will tell me lies just to wait for nothing. Please help
