A contract was sign for patio cover. At 2 separate occasions the company increased the price incrementally $1,500. All explained as to why they felt it was justified however it seemed they use this as a tactic to increase prices once construction is already started. They never offered the option of refunding for the job in able to complete due to additional requirements; I asked about this and I never received an answer I was told I had to wait to hear back however the sales man was sitting waiting on me to sign the additional contract. This is a coercion to get customers to pay more once the job has started.Business response

Unfortunately this customer would not allow us to complete the job correctly. There was additional wiring that needed to be done, which we offered to do at no cost, and she refused to allow us to do.
The final balance on this job was not paid.
