      Ark Management needs to be removed as they are unfit to manage any property. As a homeowner, I have seen my property value significantly decrease since Ark Management has been in charge. The prior management group was professional, reliable and most importantly trustworthy. Ark Management does NOT have the best interest of the community and the people living in the property. They have significantly increased *************** over such a short amount of time at a rate that is unheard of. Additionally, the company has not been transparent about where exactly our money is going. When asked for transparency and to address our concerns, we have been repeatedly ignored which has left us skeptical and untrusting of this company. It is evident that Ark management is not using our money wisely by the quality of the repairs. All repairs and issues have been addressed in a very poor manner. Being on the property is a safety concern. I have injured myself on the property due to the lack of upkeep and quality of these so-called "repairs". Ark management needs to be removed as they clearly do not have the best interest of the people they serve and are using HOA funds in questionable ways.

      This company deserves to be closed down. My dad was living in this residence when it flooded due to plumbing issues. I filed a claim with my insurance and since then there have been two other plumbing leaks. I paid to redo the plumbing in the condo in order to ensure there would not be additional leaks during the restoration because it was failing. My insurance company paid out for the initial restoration but because It exceeded the HOAs deductible it was bounced back to them. We are only talking about a $4k difference out of a 20K **** that was covered between my insurance and out of my pocket. Well, since then my dad is currently in a medical facility but we might have to put his bed downstairs in the residence (where most of the damage is) and have nursing aid him to use the restroom. We have been dealing with this since 06 May 2022 and needed to get this resolved prior to my father returning to the home which was suppose to be two weeks ago. It is still not resolved and I am getting the run around. This is taking too long and will now be impacting my dad directly. It is limiting my familys decisions and planning for my dads end of life comfort. They are rude, evasive and apathetic to the entire situation which I have explained over the last few months.
