Finally, a company that is reputable! Serenity 1 helped me get rid of my timeshare. It was a Mexican timeshare, and It took some time.. but great service all the way around and happy to be out.Review from Christina G

This company is awesome! ************** was very helpful, courteous and informative. He worked with me from start to finish by providing the necessary letters to send to the time share. He walked me through every step. I will recommend Serenity 1 LLC to anyone who is looking to cancel their Time. Finally I am free of this timeshare and able to obtain my a high credit score again.Review from Shannon L

The staff in general is great! ******** should be a guys only counselor because she is more focused on them than the girls. The food is amazing and the program is really great!

SERENITY ONE HELPED ** IN A VERY STRESSFUL TIME, TRYING TO DISMISS OUR TIMESHARE, 1 WEEK EVERY OTHER YEAR AT ******************, **. THE SERENITY ONE, REPRESENTATIVE, *********************, WAS EXTREMELY VALUABLE IN SECURING OUR DEPARTURE. ***** GUIDED US ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS, CALLING AND TEXTING AND SENDING US LETTERS TO PRESENT TO THE TIMESHARE OWNERS. ***** IS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND COMPASSIONATE IN HIS QUEST TO HELP US. FINALLY WE WERE ABLE TO DISOLVE THE CONTRACT AND GO ON WITH OUR LIVES, STAYING HEALTHY AND HELPING OUR GANDCHILDREN AS THEY ENTER COLLEGE. **********Serenity 1 LLC Response

We were with another company that went out of business during Covid. We were referred to Serenity One and told they would continue the timeshare exit process for us. We are free from our timeshare and happy to be finally finished. Very kind, patient and professional service.Serenity 1 LLC Response
