I purchased a cooking class/dinner package for myself and five other people for $75 per person, which was paid for online prior to the class/dinner session. During dinner we purchase wine ($57). After dinner, we were presented with a bill for the wine and an additional $100 charge for "group gratuity". I was never informed of any group gratuity charge and there is no mention of this charge on the business' website, nor anywhere in the restaurant. I asked the person who presented me with the bill if there they inform their customers of this charge in any way and she said they do not. I asked if this information is posted anywhere and she said it is not. I refused to pay the charge and did not sign the receipt, however, the company billed my credit card anyway. I believe this amounts to theft and I would like to receive a refund for $100.Business response

Customer just dont want to give gratuity, that is customary in **. She charged and left keeping the restaurant receipt that is illegal. Either way she choose to keep the restaurant receipt, running away and made a chargeback dispute. She already got her money back I dont understand what she wants now. She may ask her bank how long they take to proces her dispute I cant make any refund since I dont even have the transaction anymore and I have no receipt to refund
