Never heard of SanDag until they INTERCEPTED my tax return for a toll violation from 5 YEARS Earlier and for a car I donated months earlier. Not sure how SanDag is authorized by the ********************* to access money THAT sometimes DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM with no proof it is owed.. My tax refund was intercepted because SanDag in connection with ***************************** did ZERO research prior to erroneously stealing my money.They sent me "hard proof" where they thought they were justified. photos low quality and hi contrast.... could be manipulated for all I knew,,,They were "convinced" it was my car with the license plate. Car was donated 2 months earlier to Make a Wish Foundation.Sandag nor ***************************** bothered to do research in 5 years.... and I. an innocent person, was forced to prove my truth to get my tax funds back...Apparently this has happened dozens and dozens of times.******* and ***************************** need to be monitored and they need to prove with out a doubt they KNOW who is in VIOLATION before a cent is released. In my opinion they are teetering on the edge of theft Can not even advise to stay away from San Diego.... I had not been to San Diego are in 10 years... and then I have to clean up the lack of work these scandalous agencies exist on
