I have received several attempts to defraud me as a BluPeak customer. Please note - BluePeak took over my previous accounts at University Student's and Employees Credit Union. I receive weekly attempts to defraud me by people acting as members of the Fraud Team at BluPeak Credit Union. This would not be the fault of the this institution, except that the fraudster called me from a verified BluPeak customer service phone number. I called ********************** about this and she seemed neither concerned nor attentive to my problem. There was no follow up or desire to follow up on what I assume would be a serious security issue. The phony customer service representative had the ability to see parts of my account, add and remove Zelle recipients on my account and attempted to have me wire money through Zelle to a number they added to my Zelle account fraudulently. This was a very scary thing to have happen. The attempts are now occurring weekly. I would not recommend BluPeak to anyone and would actively recommend to anyone that they stay away from BluPeak at all costs. My hunch is that they are outsourcing customer service to a third party to reduce costs and that is revealing a severe security threat. This is not the credit union experience I am looking for.Initial Complaint

This account inaccurately reported from my credit report in 3 credit bureaus like Equifax, Experian and Transunion. USE CREDIT UNION 81300282L**** Date Opened:07/16/2018 The postings on this account was inaccurate and misleading also included inaccurate balances ($19,014.00). I already reached out to them but still now there were no responses also sent disputes to the Credit Bureaus.Business response

We apologize for any confusion surrounding the reporting of your credit card loan with USE Credit Union.
We have reviewed your loan and verified that it is being reported accurately.
- Note the credit bureaus receive information on a monthly basis and require processing time to load that data. It is not uncommon to see balances showing that are a month or two in the past. In this case, the balance noted in your complaint matches the balance as of December 2021.- In reviewing the loan statements, we see several payments were returned NSF in 2019 causing repeated delinquency. Please contact our Financial ******************** directly at ************ if you would like to review the account activity in detail or request statement copies.
- Your complaint mentions you have submitted disputes directly through the credit bureaus. We have received the disputes and have responded through that channel as well.
