      my business rivera corps account was closed after 22 phone calls to my branch manager that i was offshore for 66days so tried to contact Anita and her assistant 22 times to let her know my pay was being deposited into that account, we had no internet service i could only make calls via roaming so i had no data services on y phone either. my girlfriend tried 3 times to put money in that account from my navy fed account which if i would have received a return call from my branch manager she would have known. i get back home to find a check for $27.40 from them. i went through all mail from them not 1 thing stated anything about closing my account. i am in the middle of buying a house and this has now hurt that as it is a closed account. i reached out to them and that's how i found out the account was closed. i have contacted my attorney and if this is not resolved immediately we will be filing against north island federal, California credit union as well as the branch manager and the assistant manager personally as my phone records will show all of the attempted calls to reach them.

      Per your conversation with ****** ******, Vice President, Branch Manager, on August 9, 2022, your Business Checking Account (*********) has been reopened.

      We researched this matter in detail and assure you that we made several attempts to contact you by phone and U.S. mail prior to the account closure. However, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
