    I needed to return two items, and I emailed the company to ask if I would get a full refund. They said they give full refunds on products, but do not refund shipping. I had a coupon they gave me for free shipping for that order, so I did not pay any shipping that could be taken off of my refund. When I received the refund, it was not for the full amount I paid for the items. I paid $96.66 on 9/30/21 and was only refunded $87.58 on 10/19/21, so they did not refund me $9.08. I wrote again to see what happened, and they said they take out what they pay for shipping, regardless of if a coupon is used. I checked their policy on their website, and as it did not say this, I sent another email to them stating that it was unclear. They said they were sorry for the misunderstanding but that there would be no further refund. I just checked their website today, 2/20/22, and they have added a new section in red font explaining how they will not refund their shipping cost regardless of any coupons they give out. I guess they realized their policy was not properly described online. They also never told me how much they were going to take out for shipping, and $9.08 is not one of their customary shipping charges, so I do not know where they got that number from. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company since 2016, and cannot beleive they have treated a loyal customer like this. I would have just sold the items myself, not be out the money what they randomly took out in addition to what I paid to send it back to them. I need my $9.08 back that I paid for the items I purchased. I wish I could get back what I paid in shipping to send the items back to them ($5.57), as I would not have done it if I had known they would not give me a full refund. That appears to be a ****** I learned to not deal with companies like this. It is interesting I could ship the exact same thing to them for less money than the company could. Any help is appreciated.
