January 3rd 2019 I went into a contract with this matchmaking company. The contract guaranteed 10 matches within a 3-year time period. Since January 2019 I have only been set up on four matches. I have since reached out on December 31st 2021 and January 5th 2021 asking for a refund in the amount equivalent to the six matches that were not delivered by my contract. The last correspondence by email that I received from ***********************, manager at the ideal match was on April 21st 2021, where he stated they were still working to provide me matches. No one has responded to my inquiry of the services guaranteed on my contract. No one answerers the phone at the business number.Initial Complaint

12/13/2021 and 12/17/2021 ******************************* signed me up for dating service. I told her I could not afford $4500 and she told me she would give me the $2000 special. But, then she charged me both. She took all my personal bank and credit details for the application and then refused to give my refund for the $4500 and refused to return my personal details including financials and all details for them to steal my identity. False calls came in from men well below my age category who - no less than a day later - called to cancel dates. This company is fraudulent. I tried resolving with ***. She refused to connect me with the owner, Brain, and I waited for the owner to call, who was driving and said it wasnt a good time to deal with my issues and that he would call me back the next day from ****am. Ive called back several times and no one is answering. No one has called back. This company is fraudulent. They lied. They took $6500 for $2000 service and refused to return $4500 for the difference. And they dont provide legit dates. This company and ******************************* and her owner, *****, are fakes. Please help.Business response

This issue has been resolved. **************** was provided excellent customer service through the enrollment process and while there was a contract for services, an agreement was reached to provide a satisfactory resolution to everyone involved.Customer response

We finally received a response from the vendor today - that they plan to help us. However, its been almost 30 days (12/28) since Brain said he would refund me. And nothing has happened yet. I do hope it gets resolved and I will be happy to inform BBB of the resolution.
