This orthodontist has took of ************************ orthodontist practice and some how during that time they refuse to take me for treatmeant even though they are the ones who put my braces on I can not go anywhere else to get them removed and they are still refusing me service after years of being with themBusiness response

They have the most worst customer service in the history of Orthodontic care for patients. Their billing is grossly improper. They forged electronic signatures. They lied about a legal contract and they stole our money without completing Orthodontic treatment. If I could give them zero stars. I would! I even ran into one of their former employees and this person told me that Dr ******* ******** and his manager are very shady people who don’t pay employees properly. If anybody goes through their Yelp review, you would find plenty of disgruntled patients. I can’t believe they tried to say that our original Orthodontist was an unethical man and retired without giving our child’s records to their office. After this incident, miraculously they had our child’s record in their possession and the original contract with Dr ***** ****. Dr ******** has been sending us bills that they keep changing the amount owed and somehow jumped from $500+ bill to $1,300+. This is them billing a different amount after canceling my child as a patient after I questioned their billing. I would like to add that my child was contracted with DentiCal and was in good standing to receive completed treatment free of charge. Whatever Dr ******** was in the process of enrolling to be contracted with is their problem nothing to do with us yet they want to bill an outrageous amount after I paid almost $1k of our own funds when they gave us a billed amount of $1,500 to pay them in order to be reimbursed by DentiCal. So now they de bonded her wires at her last visit and she still has brackets on but no completed treatment and they are demanding more & more than the original amount they said that we should front. How embarrassing to be called a professional business and abandon a child patient like this? That’s what I call unethical and unprofessional. Please don’t do business with their office. They should refund us for not completing the treatment and apologize my child for a traumatizing experience.Business response

This patient was denied from Dentical from previews orthodontist, we did a deal to they continue the treatment with us, but patient didn't come for appointment and did pay the past due, patient have poor oral hygiene and mom said that patient do not brush her teeth at all, Dr requested to remove the braces and mom didn't agree. We should report that case to Estate for abuse and negligence from parents. Parents requested the records and we sent already; we also dissed the patient for no collaboration. We tried contact mom to give options and they denied our help. We are still hoping to they contact us to help out.Customer response

The manager of LA Dental braces has been harassing my daughter via phone txt messages. We were approved by DentiCal through Dr ***** **** prior to this office taking over. Their office has Dr ******* ********. They are not contracted and have been waiting for enrollment and during this time. They told me to come up with $1,500 so that when they get approved by DentiCal that I would be reimbursed. It’s unprofessional to consistently change the story here. Also we showed up for several appointments without a Dr present so we were sent home. Allegedly, our billed amount was $537 dollars left and now it’s $1,355? How did this happen after they canceled my daughter as a patient on 7/19/22? They haven’t completed any Ortho treatments. All they have been doing is demanding money upfront and changing the billed amount. They abandoned my daughter for treatment because we were told on 7/14/22 that they will Debond her wires and wait for her gums to heal. As Amanda requested that we should let gums heal and bring her back to replace the wires. But now she is making accusations that I should be known for neglect and abuse? They’re ones who wanted extra money on top of unfinished work and they can’t even provide me a list of dates and services in order to figure out why we were being billed. They wanted to remove ****** braces on 7/19/22 because I didn’t want to pay the entire bill upfront when no work has been completed. Then now they want to say I’m negelecting my child’s health. I never said she doesn’t brush her teeth. I have plenty of evidence to prove that they strong arm many patients not just my daughter Lily.Amanda has been repeatedly sending a minor text messages after canceling her as a patient since 7/29/22. I don’t trust this office at all.

The office sent you a text message and called you to check what you have decided to do after the wires were removed due a poor oral hygiene. The only issue about your payment was your past due balance. You opened a dispute on your credit card for your last office visit (in person) where you paid your past due (the same visit the wires were removed).
You are not following her dentist/orthodontist appointments as recommended. We cannot provide treatment if a patient don't come for appointments.
We can address all false/wrong information/accusations that your are doing but this is not the point.
