I had a crown placed on Oct. 30, two weeks after the procedure I still couldnt eat on that side and it was extremely sensitive to hot and cold liquids. I called the clinic to let the dentist know about the situation, but no one answers the phone at this clinic, they only have a voicemail system to leave a message and they would call back one time and if you miss their call they wont call you another time, you would have to call them again and leave a voicemail again for them to call you back, and if you miss their call again you have to go through the same thing again. You dont know how long it would be before they call back, it could be several hours later or it could be the next day, so you cant be guarding your phone all the time in anticipation of their call. So, I did that 4 times and no luck in talking to anyone, therefore I decided to personally go to the clinic to talk to them. I was given an appointment to get my crown checked out. I went for my appointment and waited an hour and a half without being seen by the dentist, I told the dental assistant that I had been waiting for an hour and a half and I had other things to do, she said with total disregard to my valuable time and complete carelessness, you may leave and just reschedule, I walked away and I told the receptionist the same thing and she didnt even look at me and said in a very rude way she went to get the dentist ( she was referring to the dental assistant). The dentist called me in and filed the crown a little bit ( it literally took 30 seconds ) and said that should take care of it. I went home and 2 weeks later still nothing had changed, I called in to let the dentist know that I still had the extreme sensitivity, but again went through the game of leaving a voicemail and then they call me back while I am away from my phone and they never try me a second time until I call again and leave a voicemail.Now, it has been over 5 weeks suffering from my tooth mainly being unable to drink anything cold and this clinic has total disregard to my suffering.
