I have paid for orthodontic since March 2022 and have still not had the braces put on. The office business manager, ***************************** is absolutely the WORST!!! According to her, she does not have an accounting program for orthodontics so she manually calculates the costs, insurance and the patient's payments and her accounting is worse. I have called her on several mistakes and her reply is "Oh, you're right" while making me wait in the dental chair FOREVER for her to correct the problem, which she will make in error AGAIN. I like this dental office and wanted the orthodontist to apply the braces after waiting 8 months for her to do so, and resent the mismanagement of their office manager that has caused me to walk out without having my braces put on!! I left multiple messages for my dentist to call me so I could explain the situation for her which she either neglected to do or she never received the messages, so I asked for a full refund, which I just received the accounting on minus $200 for the cost of the ortho records which I should get since I paid for them! This whole situation has caused me much duress since all I wanted was to have the braces put on, not to have to be put on hold again waiting on the incompetence of the business manager!! I want ALL of my money refunded and an apology from the dentist, Dr. ********************** for not attempting to make this right.
