            I came to this office about 2 months ago and the procedure for my skin laser was delayed by 2:45 No body gave us(my husband and I) any apology for all the waiting or anything like that or any reasoning it seems that this office does it all the time when I complained they said there is nothing they can do about it My respond was you should have notified us for the delaybecause we drove 1:45 to get to their office. Today June 8, 2023 we had the follow up appointment I got there 15 minutes before time they said there is delay again without notifying **** told them this wrong for second time this time the back office manager Ms. ***************** talk to me and said procedure was done and credit or partial refund for this procedure regarding the inconvenience for both visit will given ********** Dr. ******** Butterwick who did the procedure and has caused all this delays, opened the manager door and was worried about the complain and said is everything ok wthout any apology.It seems this is a norm and is done most the time everybody looked surprise.I am a Professor of Math and know my rights These non-senses by this company must be stopped!!!!They must apologize in writing and refund me $500 for all delays without notifying and not listening to me and no apology..Thanks a Million for what you do to protect our rights as customers and consumers.Sincerely;********** Keihany -***** and *********************************

            ******** at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology did the Lumenis Ultrapulse Active ********* FX CO2 laser for acne scars, leaving me with hypertrophic burn scars over my face at age 25.He never gave me a test spot. He didn't determine my skin type (Fitzpatrick 3) or inform me on adverse events related to being darker than Lumenis advises. He didn't give me skin preparation protocol, which Lumenis instructs. He said my blood disease didn't matter with respect to CO2 laser. However, I learned it can predispose one to infection & prevent normal healing.The preop nurse gave me a 10-day supply of ********************* 2x/day, to start 1 day preprocedure. I voiced concern over doxycycline because I did it 3 times for ********* stopped working, but she said I was wrong, so she gave me no alternative. The nurse also raised the price from $3k that I was quoted just over 3 months before to $4k.On the day of the CO2 laser on my face, nurses made me sign a consent form AFTER they gave me Percocet and Valium. ******** said my active acne cysts were safe & lasered over them. He made no markings and didnt get my confirmation on the exact areas to treat. Nurses told me before the procedure it would be mild settings. The next morning, ******** informed me he used the most intense settings there are. I later realized ******** did full ablation on my face even though I was told it would be fractional. Medical records I obtained were inaccurate. ******** did not respond to requests to clarify. When I emailed with concerns showing things like delayed healing in the jawline, significant redness, irritation, swelling, & induration, he either diagnosed everything was fine over email or just didnt respond at all. He prescribed Sarecycline & topical retinoid for acne-like breakouts without culturing. When I tried to see ******** for concerns post-op, he delayed the appointment by *****. He never gave a topical steroid, despite *******' instructions that it is essential to treat scarring from the procedure
