      I hired this company to redesign my website. During the initial contact I was very clear that I have an IT company that I use and that I would continue to use them for my servicing, I just needed the graphics updated. They assured me that would be no problem. I paid them $975 to redesign my website. Once the graphics were done, which I never saw, they told me that I would have to pay more monthly for them to host my website. I explained to them that I have a computer company that does that. They would not and still have not sent over the designs that they claimed to have come up with. They refuse to unless I agree to pay more money

      This company reached out to me and offered to create a logo for my business. They also wanted to build a website for me. They created a logo for me and I paid them for their services. Afterwards they asked me if I would like to trademark the logo because "I cannot use the logo without a trademark". I agreed to have the logo trademarked so I could use the logo I had just paid for. They charged me their "premium price" to have my logo trademarked across all of *************. Without further explanation they told me that the money I paid them would provide me with ownership of the logo and complete the trademark process. However, months later, I received an email from the ***** stating that the logo application had not been completed due to numerous legal codes violations. I contacted Creative Design Crew and explained this to them and asked why the application had not been completed. They told me that my ownership had expired and that I would have to pay for ownership again. They also told me they would not be correcting the legal code violations on the application. In order to complete the application process they were expecting me to pay hundreds more to complete a process that their "premium price" should've covered. I told them that I felt it was not fair for me to continue paying more money for a service that should've already been completed (which I had paid for months prior). Now I'm stuck possibly having to pay hundreds of dollars to cancel the trademark application process or pay hundreds of dollars to complete it. The company was misleading me for months and telling me they were providing a service that still has yet to been completed. I'm stuck either paying them hundreds of dollars or paying the ***** hundreds of dollars.

      My complaint against Creative Design Crew is related to the refund in the amount of $1,879 for services that were not provided to me the customer. Summary of my invoice history is below:1.Invoice # *****-91 - 10 Sept 2022 o3-year *** Campaign ($2,200)2.Invoice # ***** - 27 Sept 2022 o5-year VPS Hosting ($1,950)3.Invoice # ***** - 19 Oct 2022 o*** Lifetime ($1,650)4.Invoice # ***** - 18 Jan 24 oWebsite Revamp ($750)I officially terminated my relationship with the company in Mar 2024. Based on my cancellation, the accounting department provided me with a summary of the refundable items. Services provided after Mar 2024 were supposed to be refunded. The response (email) from the Creative Design Crew accounting department is below:Upon thorough review and analysis, we have processed your refund accordingly. Firstly, regarding the *** service, I regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund for it as it was purchased on your behalf. However, you are eligible for refunds on the following services: $500 from the *** service $780 from the *************** $599 from the Website Revamp To facilitate the refund process, we will be issuing a check to your provided mailing address. Before proceeding with this, we kindly request your confirmation that you acknowledge the refund amounts specified above. Once we receive your confirmation, we will promptly prepare the check and send it to your mailing address. Please confirm your acknowledgment at your earliest convenience to expedite the process. By accepting this your website will immediately be taken down since youre asking for the refund of ***************.My mailing address was provided to the Accounting as requested several weeks ago and I have not heard from or received correspondence (email or traditional letter) from Creative Design Crew. The total amount due to me is $1,879 Your assistance in resolving this matter is truly appreciated.

      The company and employees were extremely unprofessional the entire time we were engaged with them. We hired them to build a website for us and do social media/SEO and they could barely even follow simple written instructions on the text we provided to fill in the website. They refused the do the work we hired them to do and they are now holding our website hostage. They are a complete scam of a company and need to be shut down and held accountable for their actions.

      After designing the logo in 2023, I paid a logo registration fee to the company over the phone. Later, they called again, claiming I needed to pay more because of additional fees. I tried to withdraw the registration but they requested a cancelation fee of $200 without any signed agreement. Suspicious of the varying prices provided by different agents, I recorded all my interactions. During a final call, the supposed legal head, offered lifetime ownership of the logo for around $400 in 3-4 months. He also claimed that all other calls I got were ppl pretending to be the company staff which is untrue because I contact the company for verification. Despite my skepticism, I paid, insisting on an email confirmation. Four months later, with no paperwork received, the 'legal head' called to say the registration had expired and needed renewal. Reminding him of our agreement, he denied it until I forwarded the email and mentioned the recordings. Suddenly, he claimed it was a misunderstanding, attributing it to customers with the same name and accusing my assistant of handling emails. I do not have an assistant. It's clear he's intentionally deceiving people and trying to evade responsibility through deception.

      I started working with this business in 2022, from that point to the Date I spent nearly ****** dollars for services that they didn't fully provided, they built me a website and refused to give me access to it, I buy 5 domain through them and they refused to transfer to me, also paid for hosting services for 10 years, they restricted access to my emails for about 6 months which lead me to lost alot of customers, I paid for 6 months of social media management and ads, they did posting but only did like 2 weeks of advertising instead of the 6 months I paid for, my website has been down for almost a year because I refused to pay them 1500 dollars to remove a filter that they installed so my customers don't have access to the site, to the day I haven't been able to speak with the company manager, this business has been operating like scammers and it's been a real struggle to get access to the things I paid for.

      I contacted creativedesigncrew.com to create a logo for my business, The Popcorn King. They created the logo and I am happy with the result. After the logo was completed the project manager, ****, persuaded me to build a website. Before I accepted to have them make a website I was given a sample website about my company. I paid them in two installments for the creation of the website. After a month of poor communication between the two of us I asked for a refund. I stated that I did not have time to use a website because I am currently a full time student attending ****************************. Due to the fact I am a full time student I cannot manage a business or a website. With that reasoning I asked for a refund. **** then told me that he thought my company was going to do good but now he does not think my company will do good. When **** said that I asked for his manager. His manager told me they have put too much time into the website and I must complete the website and I will not receive a refund. I do not need the website, they did not put a lot of time into building the website, and I had the workers tell me that my company is not going to do good. I do not feel their company is favoring my best interests. I asked their company for a refund on August 23rd, 2023. After they denied the refund **** convinced me to give him product information. I had time for one product, but I am too busy with school to run the business or create a website. They contacted me today stating I need to complete the website. I do not need a website at this time. I have attached a credit card statement with a $900 transaction. I could not find proof of the next transaction, but it was worth $700. The company directly insulted me and is forcing me to complete a project I do not want to complete. The website is not finished and I am not giving anymore input. I have attached a word document with the current website design. I never received proof of a refund or return policy.

      Services not rendered.On August 27, 2022, I contracted Creative Design Crew to create a logo for my business based on my idea for the logo. (see attachment 1, invoice ID# ******. On September 2, 2022, I received an email regarding the price of registration with the ****** (see attachment 2) I sent them the application data their representative, *********************, requested. (See attachment 3 and 4).On September 5, 2022, I paid and received an invoice of $1126.00 for the registration service to be done. (see attachment 5 ID# ************** times between November 2022 and July 2023, I contacted the Creative Design Crew, stating why they hadnt updated me regarding my registration. In August 2023, I was informed by one of their employees that there was a data breach in June 2023, and they had lost all the information regarding their clients' work and information. I asked for copies of the documentation regarding my ***** registration; I was told they dont have the paperwork. I spoke to a copyright attorney who checked and informed me that my companys name or logo was not registered in the ***** system. Between September 2023 and December of this year, I called CDCrew several times and asked for the ***** registration number and any documentation to prove the registration was done. All I have gotten from their project managers, ****** and *****, and their legal department is that they cant provide any registration details and that the registration was completed and needs to be renewed. (See attachment 6) I requested my past payment invoices, which they sent me on December 8, 2023 (see attachments 7 & 8, Invoice # *****). However, if you check the payment dates on the invoices they sent me, they deliberately changed the payment date to May 9, 2022, to justify their timeline to state that my registration is past due. My past payment to have the logo designed was on August 27, 2022, and the registration fee was paid on September 5, 2022. (See attachment 1 & 5)

      I paid Creative Design Crew to make a logo for my small business and to file the paperwork for a trade ***** I was sent the completed files to use for my business in various formats. I was verbally advised by ***** that the design was mine to use, and there was no mention of ongoing payments and ownership rights. I also received the approved copyright (registration number Vault *********, dated 05/09/2023). Earlier this month, Creative Design Crew started calling me saying my ownership was expiring and that I could purchase the rights for varying lengths of time at different prices. No where, was I ever advised that paying them was going to be on going! I asked them to stop calling me and to send me, in writing, what I had purchased, and what they were asking me to purchase. They declined and said I could call them to get my questions answered.

      I purchased a logo from this company, I was told I would receive 8 drafts and we could then choose a draft I would like, this company sent me the final draft and we agreed we loved it, then we get told we can't have the final draft because we have to pay for an application to ***** for a trademark, the company charged me $899 plus tax for a lifetime trademark, I should've caught the problem at this moment because with ***** applications there is not any tax involved. I called ***** just to verify and they confirmed they don't charge tax on patent/trademark applications. I just received another call saying my application was approved and asking me if I wanted a 10 yr, 20 yr, 50 yr, or lifetime, I mentioned I already paid them for the lifetime, they're a scam company don't use this service after checking with uspto they never even filed an application, they're job is only to design a logo, they don't need to control your uspto application. Don't use this company ever.
