On March 22, 2024, myself and a member of this business, *****, entered into an agreement to train my dog beginning on April 7, 2024 for three weeks. The agreement was verbal in person and there were not any contracts signed. I informed ***** that I would be deploying at the end of March for a few months and would return near the end of July. This information was provided so that he would know that I would have someone else drop the dog off at the facility. ***** then informed me that he would do two weeks of training beginning April 7 and then another week of training during the week prior to my expected return to **********. I expressed my concerns regarding my dog and previous trainings that we received and were not satisfied with, to which ***** responded by reassuring me that I would be able to receive a refund if I was not satisfied with the service. On April 3, 2024, I contacted ***** to ask for coordinating instructions regarding the drop off to which he responded to my text message by stating that he had my dog scheduled for August. That was the first red flag due to that not being the original schedule that we entered an agreement on. We discussed via phone and he stated that he "made a mistake" and meant ***** (even though we were already in April). Today is April 7 and I reminded my friend to drop off the dog to which I was informed that he and ***** changed the date without my consent or knowledge. I do not have a power of attorney and did not appoint anyone to enter agreements or make modifications to existing agreements on my behalf. I repeatedly asked ***** for a refund and he constantly told me to discuss with my friend (a third party member who is irrelevant to the existing agreement). I told him that the agreement was made between he and I and not a third party and requested a refund again and he did not respond.

On 1/19/2024 pre- paid $1499 for training I have yet to receive a contract or schedule for training.Attitude of the company changed as soon as they received funds on 1/19/2024 the 4th session ***** the trainer shows up and the dog gets out runs across the street could have been killed. Leaves with my dog returns him without his / my equipment Garmin and leaves him on patio without being relieved and barking perfusly. We had a verbal agreement and a guarantee. I personally don't believe he was trained on 1/31/ and l/24 for that matter so he has had 2 legitimate sessions on 1/23 and 1/30 and paid $1499 its time he returns my funds so I can find a qualified trainer Also he needs to return my Garmin attached receipt He's schedule of Tuesday Wednesday each week is not retainable by this Dog
