    About 5 months ago, I have purchased a specialized camera from a company named SoloShot. It is a robotic, self filming, self tracking camera that films sports activities without needing a cameraman to operate the camera. It had cost me a hefty price of ***** dollars. I originally bought it to document and film my surfing activities. After a long wait which was around 3 months (due to supply and stock unavailability)The camera has finally arrived. And unfortunately after just a single one time use, it had stopped working completely, more specifically, the battery had died and it has been unable to receive charge at all. Even after plugging it for a full night, even after trying out different chargers. Deeply frustrated, I have sent an email to the company explaining the situation, and asking to return it for a full refund. They have responded and agreed to receive it back and refund me, So i have sent it back to them by the post office. About ***** days later, and upon hearing nothing from them, I sent them an email asking if they have received it and where my refund stands. They emailed back with a delayed 7 days response saying that they have received the package and everything looks good, and that I should expect my return to be processed within 30 days. Since then 30 days has passed, and i havent received my refund, no did they respond to any of my emails. They have disappeared. Something I want to point out: - They are located in **********, ***. And im from ******, which presents a number of difficulties. Such as me not being able to just physically go to their headquarters. Since their last email of them confirming they have received my package and promising to send the refund in 30 days, it has been more then 60 days. No refund was given, and no response. my last email to them was saying that if I dont hear from them or get my refund immediately, I will be seeking legal advice on this situation, that looks like fraud and deception.

    On February 23, 2024 I ordered a Soloshot3 camera bundle from the Soloshot website. I never received the product and on June 13, 2024 I filed a dispute with my bank. They shipped a refurbished product on June 23 and provided that tracking number to my bank. The claim with my bank was then denied. I received the refurbished product despite ordering a new product and sent it back on July 16. I have not received a refund for the original product. I paid $981.75, was partially refunded $100, and am owed $881.75. The **** tracking number is hard to read but can be verified on their site as ********************** ********************************************************************************

    It took multiple requests via email and phone to receive a slip to return defective equipment for a refund. I shipped the equipment back per instructions including the slip at my own expense over $100. The equipment was delivered and signed for by solo shot per updates from **** I have since heard nothing regarding the refund. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails and they have not responded at all. I am currently out $1440 until the refund is processed.

    I sent my working Soloshot camera to be upgraded to Soloshot 3+. The original camera cost $1,125.05 on 1/19/2021, the upgrade cost $546.41 on 4/18/2023. I still have not received my camera from the company, nor have i been able to contact them. I would like my camera back in the upgraded form, or a refund of the total cost

    I originally purchased the soloshot3+ in fall of October of 2023. I received the product in late December. Order number - ********. It did not work. The camera would not track my daughter. It would just go limp and record the field directly below it. I contacted them immediately and requested a refund. They asked for another shot: "Can you give us another shot? We will restart your 30 day return window." I unfortunately agreed. We received the new camera and it had the exact same problems. I am now asking for a refund again and have not heard from them after many emails and phone calls. I spent $1399 on this camera for absolutely nothing. It's crushing!

    On Nov. 21, 2023 I returned my Soloshot3 camera to the company after informing them the unit was not working upon getting it back from them for a repair ($250) related to the unit's tilt motor. Prior to returning the unit to them I had informed with detailed emails which included screen shot pictures so they could thoroughly understand the issue - as a result they informed me on Nov 20, 2023 there would be "No charge for the repairs. Turnaround time should be 2 weeks." which implied I could expect the unit back to me by mid-Dec 2023. Numerous emails and Helpdesk ticket submissions via websitewere made by me starting in mid-Dec requesting a status - all these email communications (which I have in my records) were written professionally and tactfully. Finally, on February 1st the company (*****) informed me that the current issue was not related to the previous repair and he wrote, and I quote "my boss is asking for more money to complete repairs as it is a separate issue. I can probably get this waived, but it means I would not be able to prioritize the repair. What do you think?" I was taken aback as they were coming back to me after 2.5 months of silence with this reply. I immediately informed them neither option was acceptable and reminded them of the detailed email messages previously sent describing the problem/s encountered - they fully understood what the issue was to make an informed decision bringing the No charge conclusion; and b) Soloshot returned a product to me in late Oct that all of a sudden no longer functioned. All I want is for my Soloshot camera to be returned in full working condition or replaced as soon as possible. I should have gotten it back in the mid-Dec timeframe and now we're 2 months beyond that. They boast renewed customer support claims which continue to fall short! I desperately seek your assistance in getting my camera back in a timely manner pursuant to the "No charge" obligation. copies of all emails are provided.

    My camera broke so i sent it back to the company. paid them almost $500 to fix the issue but they never fixed my camera and theyve had my camera for almost 6 months. *** spent over $2000 on this camera and they have it at their warehouse so to speak and kept my money and i have not received my camera back.

    Soloshot offered an upgrade service for customers who already purchased a SoloShot3 ($773.14) 07/31/2016. I had a working Soloshot3 although the battery life was very short. The upgrade package was advertised as follows; "SOLOSHOT3+ leverages many of the components of your SOLOSHOT3, which means we can convert your SS3 Optic65 into a 3plus!Simple add this product to your cart and check out. We will send you a shipping label to send your camera to ** in *********, ** where we will convert into into a 3+ camera, complete with full quality check and focus recalibration." Order Date: 12/02/2022. ?Order Number: ********. $399 for the Upgrade. They had my Camera for 5 months to perform the upgrade and sent back on May 19, 2023.I had trouble using the camera and could not get it to work since receiving it back. I contacted Soloshot support on Nov 23, 2023 (marketing emails from Soloshot reminded me of my non functional camera), and I got this back "Tech Team (SOLOSHOT)Nov 27, 2023, 4:53PM PST ****,I just pinged one of the techs to respond to your ticket. Sorry for the delays. I think we may need to bring it back, but I'll let them make the decision. Thanks, ***** Soloshot"I have not been able to get any further response from SoloShot

    Order was placed with them Dec 11, 2023. Received the prduct and contacted them before the 30 days on Dec 20, 2023. Explained the item was not going to work with what I needed it to do. They approved an RMA #and return instructions Shiped on Dec 27, 2023. Shows delived to the front desk/Reception on *********. I have been email the support and calling to find out the status of the return to get my money back. And have received no response from the company. I currently send in a email to support every couple of days but no one will get back to me. I understand I purchased the product, but did follow all guidelines and return the item for a full refund.

    12/27/2023 I placed an order# ******** and paid $1,166.00 using a credit card via their website soloshot.com. The order included: SOLOSHOT3 Base + Extra Tag. Both items were said to be in stock on their website. They are STILL advertised on their website as available, "now shipping" and other misleading marketing information. I received a confirmation email.12/29/2023 I emailed ******************************** asking if the items are in stock and if the order will dispatch. I have also tried to contact them by phone and by chat via their website. I received an auto reply that the message was received and will be answered asap.01/04/2024 Still no reply from Soloshot, I contact them again via email and chat 01/09/2024 Still no reply from Soloshot, I contact them again via email and chat 01/13/2024 After over 2 weeks since my first attempts, still no reply from Soloshot, I contact them again via email this time letting them know of my question "i.e. are the items in stock?" as well as telling them that I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). 01/13/2024 Within minutes of sending the email I received a reply from ***** ********************** "We are working on your order. We currently are out of tags as we wait for more to be manufatured at our factory. Would you like to receive your base before we ship the tag to you?". I replied to him instantly that I would like the base to be sent asap. no more replies from Soloshot. I kept trying to contact them 01/15/2024 I received an email from ***** ********************** "We are working on fulfilling your order, but we have neither the base or tag to send you at the moment." I replied asking for a rough estimate, if this would be a matter of days, weeks or over 2 months? no replies from Soloshot 01/23/2024 I've been trying to contact Soloshot every 2-3 days with no replies
