About 3 weeks ago I paid more than 2000 dollars for Tradelines and when it was time to post. Only one of them posted to Equifax and I was guaranteed that the two lines would report to at least 2 credit companies. They are telling me that my birthday was written wrong than how did you get the one company that you posted. They are not good business people and trying to be technical to cheat customers out of their money. They know that people who come to them are in a bad place with their credit and are looking to improve their lives with their service. Not get cheated out of $2000 in this tough economy. My wife has been sick since ***** and has not worked in almost 3 years. I had heart failure about 2 years ago. And theses dishonest people are trying to steal $2000 from us in this hard time. I need them to post all two of my Tradelines to at least 2 credit companies as I paid for. Be honest for a changeBusiness response

This customer purchased 2 of our ***********************. One posted and the other did not.The customer did not understand our exchange process and wrote this negative review due to a misunderstanding.We have since given the customer a new ********************** in exchange for the one that did not post, the customer has confirmed the new ********************** posted and is satisfied with the transaction.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I paid for trade line supply for one of there suppliers to add my daughter as an authorized user on their credit card to boast her credit score. Ive waited 4 months and nothing has showed up on any of her there major credit reports.I followed this company for years and assumed they are legitimate! However, that remains to be seen. Please follow through and have my daughter added to the credit card ?? we paid pay and Ill be happy to remove this complaint.Initial Complaint

Thu, Oct 20, 2022 Order: ****** Discover: (#*****) Date Opened: 2006 Mar Credit Limit: $17,300. My score went up for Transunion 727. So I ordered two more tradelines so I can get it to get around 750. The two tradelines I ordered were Order #****** *********** Card ID: ***** Date Opened: **** Aug, Purchase By Date: Nov 7thCredit Limit: ****** Estimated Reporting Date: Nov 18th - Nov 25th Extension Option Expires Date. I also ordered Order #****** **** of America Card ID: ***** Date Opened: 2006 Jun Purchase By Date: Nov 4th Credit Limit: ****** Estimated Reporting Date: Nov 15th - Nov 22nd Extension Option Expires Date: I called and spoke with a agent and stated that this is all messed up because the final tradeline is not reporting which is Order #****** ***********. I was told the tradelines did exactly what is supposed to do. But it didn't I need all 3 trade lines I ordered to report all at the same time. Since Order #****** **** of America reported my Transunion 735 but I will need for all 3 tradelines to report at the same time. I spent overall $2,270.63 which a lot of money and my score hasn't went up enough due to the 3rd tradeline never reporting. This is needs to address where all 3 tradelines are all report at the same time or refund me all my money since this defeated the purpose of what is was supposed to do. Please have a manager contact me and get this resolved ASAP.
