      I purchased Core5 thru Ride1Up, 2yrs ago. Inwhich since have been discontinued. I began to have many troubles months after receiving my Ebike. Like many complaints about the Spokes falling apart and rear wheel whobbling. I believe that this occured because a design flaw in core 5. I reached out to customer service in April and let them know of my concerns; nothing but it's not covered. And in May I reached out. They stated I'm out of warranty.I ask that your company cover or share cost??! I've expressed I'm still within warranty in April. All Ebikes you provide reputation and marketing emphasize your bicycle's durability, reliability and safety. If your marketing campaigns are any indication, I am your target customer. More importantly I look forward to a future eco-conscious commuting, please restore my faith in your brand.

      I purchased 2 bikes, one for me and one for my wife. Rode these less than 200 miles and my back tire (of mine, the Lmtd version) kept wobbling more and more. Come to determine the cause, the spokes kept falling out. Reached out to the company and they stated since its past the 1 year warranty, its my problem. This is ridiculous. I did a great amount of research before buying. In particular, their founder, *********************** videos of how he wanted to build a top quality bike the manufacturer would stand behind. The have NOT stood behind their inferior product. More insulting, is the fact the *** and Founder will not respond to an email or voicemail. Disappointing.BUYER BEWARE

      Exceeded my expectations. Purchased two Roadster V2's about a year and a half ago - one for myself and one for my wife, and we love them! They are lightweight enough that you can easily bring them up and down stairs. You can throw them on a car bike rack. They are affordable. And they ride like an actual bike, not an electric moped! I modified her bike with a cushy seat and raised the handlebars to a more upright position and she's in heaven. I contacted customer support about an issue mounting a rear rack and they responded the same day. Very happy with the Roadster V2 and the responsiveness of Ride1UP customer service.

      Hello *******, we are very sorry the bike arrived with any damage. We pack every bike to avoid damage even if mishandled by the shipping provider. Being a direct to consumer ebike company, ordering online you get a much better value, quality components, at a lower price. In the event there is an issue or cosmetic damage, we do need to work with you within the terms and conditions agreed to for a resolution. Cosmetic damage does not warrant a replacement bike or free return shipping, but we can and have assessed a partial refund for those scratches and scuffs you reported.       In this case, since the broken battery k*** was reported within the 1st 30 days, we can reimburse you to have the battery k*** replaced at your local bike shop. Fortunately, the bike can be charged and used without the battery k*** which is only needed to remove the battery from the bike.

      We are very sorry the bike arrived with any damage but we will make sure your bike is working properly so you can enjoy it.

      Bad experience, I regret purchasing a bike from them. They will not honor their warranty for a faulty batter only after 3 months. They say they have a 1 year warranty but they will try their best not to honor it. Purchased a Revv1 and the kickstand was broken from the get go but only give you three days to file a claim on it, that tells me a lot of them are faulty and they will not help you after that. Their customer service will send you a generic email showing you how to fix an issue even after you have explained what is wrong, that tells me no one is really listening to your concern. I've owned a ********* Bike and ********************* bike and never had an issue with those bikes. Unfortunately, I got rid of them for this bike not realizing how bad this company is. I will definitely be purchasing from Aventon next time or go back to ********* bikes. Sure, they'll gladly take your money but will not honor their warranty if something goes wrong. I'm sure a lot of customers have a good experience but if you are one that does not, don't expect them to help. So many other options out there, I've even had better costumer service from a Chinese ebike company. Sad.

      Hello *******, We are sorry to hear this. We never received documentation showing the kickstand was broken. You reported the s**** will not tighten, which indicates the nut came off and needs to be re-installed after being loosened too far. We did in fact send a replacement battery. We never stated that we would not send a battery but did request basic troubleshooting steps to verify the issue which is standard procedure for ebike companies given the battery is the most expensive component. Those steps in many cases resolve the issue faster than waiting for a replacement battery. However after reviewing the results of the troubleshooting you did, we did send a replacement battery. We hope you will revise your review.

      My bicycle arrived damaged. The company informed me that the only way for me to get a refund would be to repackage the bike and then pay the reshipping costs myself. They also informed me that if the bike is damaged on reshipping, they will deduct the cost from any refund. A nightmare dealing with their support.

      After only 60 miles the bikes pedal assist function stopped working. Their customer service is email only so it has been weeks of sending various parts and installing them without actually solving the issue. I do not recommend Ride1ups products as they are cheap and very poorly made. I had my bike mechanic look at them and he pointed out that the cables are wound too tightly around the handlebars, which put my brake sensors and brakes at risk of tearing. Soon after he mentioned that the brake sensor detached entirely. Do not buy Ride1Ups products. If you are looking for a quality e-bike with solid customer service I recommend starting locally at a store near you. Most bike shops will not help you with technical issues unless the bike was purchased at their store. You are better off saving yourself time and a great deal of hassle. Two thumbs down for Ride1up. ????

      "Outstanding" is an understatement for their bikes and service. I don't think any brand can remotely compete with them for the price.One part on my bike has failed in a year, and when I emailed them, despite it being out of warranty, they mentioned that part had a run which was prone to cracking and sent me a new one for free, overnight shipped. Replacement parts outside of warranty are VERY affordable. I was concerned I may have ruined my motor, and they sold new motors (meaning I didn't even have to replace the whole wheel) for next to nothing. Seriously. I don't think they make a ***** in profit for what they were asking.I did some physical modifications to replace the seat post with a titanium one, and they helped recommend the reaming tool I needed, even went out of their way to say that it wouldn't void any part of my warranty except for the seat post. People I commute with always asked me about the bike, I mentioned what it was and how much I liked it, two of them bought one. I mentioned that in one of my emails to them as amusing, and they just said "cool! here's a $100 store credit!" Their customer service and technical support guy are fast to reply, thoughtful and detailed in responses, the only thing I wish is that they had a broader list of accessories sold on their website.I now want one with a bigger motor from my V2 after a year and a half of completely trouble-free riding, and after my experience with Ride1up, there isn't another brand on earth I'd consider over them, particularly considering the outstanding quality for the price. They've earned my business, and I am not someone who is a brand loyalist whatsoever. Only superb customer service and products keep me coming back.

      We purchased two ride1up 700 Series ebikes they are amazing to ride, comfortable, well built and classic looking! The delivery was prompt. **************** contrary to some has been very helpful, answered our questions quickly and professionally. We give "ride1up" a thumbs up! Good experience.
