            I dropped off a motor and pump to have the pump replaced or repaired. After a week and half, after following up with them, because they do not call I finally got pictures of the damage. Now a week later, after calling them again, I hear that they are looking for information about the pump to get it repaired. They claimed they could not find any marking to guide them to replacement, now it is going on 3 week. So, because they have zero customer service, no follow-up and no time line I had to remove our pump , and motor.Now I made a phone call spoke to a person at the manufacturer and within 3 minutes he told me what part to replace our pump with. This company has issues if you have other choices please save yourself time and pursue those companies.
