            In may 2024, I purchased from this company, through a service they call quick health **************) health insurance. They are also under (iPHCS) I told them I was looking for health insurance I could use out of network and the young man said that he would sell me that exact insurance. I paid about ****** dollars for the insurance.Shortly after, I found out from my cardiologist office that this insurance does not cover visits out of network and specialty visits. I called this company in May to cancel the insurance and they have been giving me the run around. I asked them to cancel the insurance in may and refund me my money, because their associate sold me insurance that I am not able to use. Basically, I was misled by their associate. I just called them, they have not cancelled the insurance, and they are still passing me around to this number that no one answers. I have been holding on this quick health line for almost 45 minutes and they just hung up the phone. I have never used the insurance and they have not refunded me my money. I just want my money back.             This place is a fraud! I have been paying insurance for months, even have bank statements for proof and have emails of the time I applied. They sent me back a letter in the mail stating that Im not insured with them but again, I have bank statements of the *** they were monthly taking out. Now I have doctor ***** stacking up that they refuse to cover.

            We apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the experience we want our members to have. We are working with ****************** to resolve this matter. SBMA is a plan administrator. Enrollment is sent to our company via file feed and we do not accept payments from members. Nonetheless, as the plan administrator, we have been able to provide support.
