AMN is refusing to update employment history to allow for most recent employment verification which is hindering my ability to gain new employment. I reached out to the the verification vendor "The Work Number" who states they need that information from AMN. Myself, my potential new employer, and the vendor have reached out to AMN who states they do not have anyone we can speak to about this and to utilize the escalation line or the verification email. No response has been received from these avenues and a dispute has been filed through The Work Number. I was told they have 2 weeks from the end of employment to provide the updated history which was 2/17/24. Again AMN is now hindering my ability to gain new employment because of their lack of compliance.

I purchased a one year subscription thru RN.com for my continuing education requirements. The platform is outdated, essential information is not provided and the website constantly has asked me to ********** of the course that I have completed. This "hard stop" makes it impossible to proceed with the training paid for. Shame on AMN The platform is a complete rip off!!!No contact number to reach a customer service agent-emails sent with NO response. Profile doesn't show purchase information- Just horrible.

Some one from this company has been harassing me and my family and friends for years and the company will not do a thing about it. They even refuse to provide the information they have about me as required under the ********** Privacy Rights Act. It started almost 2 years ago when he started calling my office trying to find out how much I I made and other private info. My HR person thought it was strange and started transferring him to me when he called. Of course the ********************* up when he got me on the phone.A few months ago I learned he called my ex wife (divorced 6 years) and said he was working on a background investigation and asked her questions about my personal email usage and behavior after her and I were divorced. It did not take her long to realize he was not doing an actual background check but trying to get information about me for personal reasons. He seems to be stalking me on social media and using AMN corporate databases to find the women who I am tagged with in pictures on ******** and instagram. Most recently he called my cousins 16 year old daughter and asked her about her relationship with me. He thought we were dating and asked sexually inappropriate questions. My cousin reported the call to the police and they were able to get his real name and confirm he did work for AMN. I have had to tell my friends they can expect a call from someone from AMN and they should report it to the police.*** knows who he is and their refusal to provide the information they have for me is proof to me they are trying to cover it up.I am letting the people he is actually calling handle the police and the lawsuits. Maybe one day he will have the *************** me and I can find out why hes harassing me.

I am working for AMN Healthcare for a contract that started 2/6 and originally ended 5/6. I agreed to an extension with the promise that I would be paid in full for hours worked and miles agreed upon. I was pain for some of the hours and none of the miles. I am two weeks into the extension (extended until 7/8) and my new contract details have not been updated in the payroll system and I am unable to clock in/out. They have requested that I complete a missed punch form which has not worked in the past. I told them so and requested another way to ensure I would get paid for the week. They wanted me to use the forms. I did so, as well as sending a follow up e mail to verify that I completed them detailing the hours worked and miles owed. I have spoken to every contact I can at the agency as well as let the company I am working with (************) know that I am not getting paid and asked how to rectify this and make sure I am able to get paid. I was told repeatedly that the problem would be corrected and I would be paid and I have not received a paycheck and am still owed for hours and miles for over a month ago. This is the second time it has taken me over a month to get paid for hours worked.I will be owed another weeks of pay plus mileage in a week that I have not been able to log due to the delay in updating the ********* payroll system.

I was working in ******** all of 2021. I just found out NOW that I was never receiving my sick leave for that full year to be used or lost. I brought it up with the company, nothing came of it. I told them I had also not received sick leave in NY for 2022, and finally they allotted me my hours, but I should still have what I earned in ********.

I was recruited by AMN Healthcare/**************************** back in September/October of 2021 to work in a healthcare strike for ****** facilities in *******************, as I am a Speech Pathologist. The company offered a $1,200 "Good-To-Go" bonus to all candidates that successfully submitted and completed all required documents and trainings prior to the strike being called. I completed all requirements very quickly, and was in contact with my recruiter regarding the completeness of my application and the status of the "Good-To-Go" bonus. Here is when the problems started. I was then jockeyed around for nearly a month, from all different types of employees, asking me to send in documents that I had sent in weeks prior. Nobody was on the same page, totally disorganized and unprofessional. I spent umpteen hours calling and emailing throughout October and early November to the different employees only to get tossed around to different ones. Again, this went on for nearly 6 weeks, of near daily contact with this company's "employees." Well wouldn't you have it, the strike is called, and low and behold, the folks I had been pestering for weeks come out of the woodworks mentioning the small imperfections of my application, therefore disqualifying me from the $1,200 bonus. When I asked why it took so long to get back to me regarding my application deficits, it was silence and more kicking me around to others in the company. A classic bait and switch, that I wasted over $200+ out of my own pocket (since they couldn't reimburse for something that they initially said they could) and hours and hours of follow up calls and emails. Stay far, far away.
