I thought I worked out to pay them something however, it might be small for a couple months until I could get my medical things sorted and then start paying them regularly in October. The first person I spoke with at extention ***** was understanding and decent. However, the second guy (when I called in to pay) was not taking my payment and kept saying I had to pay a certain amount only and wanted to know if I wanted to pay the debt off or not. The guy was rude and wanted to argue instead of just taking what I could afford to offer this month. I'm disabled and sometimes my medical bills pop up and I have to cut them a slice of money too. Isn't ANY payment better than NOTHING?!Review from Brian R

Always great to work with the Agents as they are always kind and empathetic and very knowledgeable and helpful. But sometimes I like to do things on my own. To have to go through an Agent to make a simple payment or to make an early payment seems like micromanaging and Im not a fan of that. So for that I gave 4 stars.Review from Christina J
