I ordered a fireplace and mantel from their websitewhich was delivered in August of 2021. The mantel was delivered damaged and I immediately reached out to the company. A Mr. ******************* replied back that he sent off a warranty claim for this broken part and to allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Two months went by, so in October 2021 I reached back out to ************** via email and he said to give it another 2-3+ months. December comes and goes and I reach out, yet again, and was told to give it yet another 2-3 months. February 2022 I emailed ************** again and he stated that the mantel is showing to be available in their CA warehouse and so he requested a new mantel be shipped to me. April 2022 I still have not received the new mantel so I reached out to **************, AGAIN, and he stated that it was out of his control and truly "an Act of God". I asked numerous times to just be able to ship them back the pieces of the mantel, which are still piled up in the corner of my living room, so I can get my $1200+ back, but he keeps putting me off by stating just give it another 2-3 months. This has gone on far too long. Since the part is not available due to "an Act of God", as stated word-for-word from Mr. ******************** I want a refund of the mantel. I also purchased an extended warranty on this unit, which will expire before I even get a chance to use the fireplace.
